2008 Toyota Sienna 프론트 스트럿 교체 필요 (부러진 스프링으로 인해 완성 어셈블리 구매 예정)

앞 타이어 안쪽이 편마모되고 있음. 토우 아웃이 너무 많거나 컨트롤 암 부시가 손상되었을 가능성. 또한 조수석 타이어의 트레드가 운전석 타이어보다 현저히 적게 남아있음. 운전자의 무게가 운전석 쪽에 하중을 가해 도로에 더 접촉하게 되고, 조수석 쪽이 더 가벼워서 끌려다니면서 더 많이 마모되는 건 아닌지 의문.

점화 플러그 교환

시동이 안 걸림 (크랭크는 됨). 압축, 분사기 펄스, 스파크 플러그 모두 정상인데도 시동이 안 걸림. 에어 인테이크에 시동 액을 분사해도 시동이 걸리지 않음. 진단 코드 없음.

Per the answers here we know that four-wheel steering is a mainstream (even if uncommon) feature in commercial autos. Generally it appears that at high speeds and for small turning rates it will turn the rear wheels in the same direction as the front wheels, causing the car to "snake" or "crab" sideways without introducing a yaw moment. (I can't find a canonical term for this type of steering. So I'll stick with "snake" for now.) 2003 Vauxhall Corsa C 1.2 16V 페트롤(50,000km) - 냉시동 시 디젤 소리와 유사한 음향 발생. 엔진이 80~90도에 도달하면 큰 '딱딱' 소리(틱킹) 시작되어 실내에서도 들림. 가속할 때 틱킹 음이 빨라지고, 클러치를 밟고 스로틀을 열어도 음이 빨라짐. 한 번 시작되면 엔진 냉각될 때까지 계속 발생. 이전 정비 이력 불량.

범퍼 범퍼한 승차감. 낡은 스트럿과 부시를 교체하지 않으면 엔진 마운트에 과도한 스트레스가 가해지는지 여부 확인 필요.

스태빌라이저 링크 교환

2007 Mazda 3 sedan, 2.0L, 약 10만 마일. 작은 범프를 넘을 때마다 차량 후방에서 심한 금속음이 발생. 지난 10월에 후방 스프링 파손으로 양쪽 후방 스프링을 교체함. 최근 유사한 금속음이 재발생. 정비소에서 후방 스웨이 바 링크(endlink)가 헐거워져 있다고 지적하여 직접 교체함.

1988년식 도요타 픽업 트럭의 머플러에서 테일파이프가 녹슬어 분리됨. 현재 배기가스가 차축 근처의 파이프를 통해 배출되고 있음 (캡 아래가 아닌 베드 아래). 200마일 주행 예정.

1999 Chevy Blazer - 시동 후 30초~1분 정도 움직임이 느림. 신호등이나 정차 중에 심한 진동 발생. 트랜스미션 오일에서 악취 발생.

2004 Subaru Impreza WRX에서 3250 RPM(±100 RPM) 부근에서 뚜렷한 라틀/윙윙거리는 소리 발생. 소리는 엔진 아래, 앞부분 양쪽 휠 사이에서 나는 것으로 확인됨. 114,000마일 주행 후 발생.

1979 Ford F-100 300 CID(4.9L) 인라인 6기통 배기매니폴드의 작은 구멍에 강철 튜브를 고정할 수 없음. 에미션 시스템의 일부로 배기매니폴드 구멍에 끼워지는 강철 튜브가 떨어지지 않고 유지되지 않음. 튜브의 다른 쪽 끝은 진공 호스로 연결되어 에어클리너 어셈블리 내부 온도센서로 연결되며, 흡입 스로틀의 플래퍼 밸브 제어 시스템의 일부임.

2015년식 · F10 (2011-2017) · 4.4 V8

머플러 교환

2015 F10 M5 (콜드에어인테이크, 애프터마켓 머플러 장착)의 LTFT와 STFT 값이 비정상. 양쪽 뱅크 간 연료 트림 편차가 7-10% 이상으로 나타남.

엔진이 느리고 연비가 나쁨(Slow and thirsty). 차량 외관상 상태는 괜찮아 보이지만 필러와 광택 검은색 페인트로 뭉쳐있는 것 같음. 배기계통도 작업됨.

2021 Silverado 1500 5.3L 변속기 오일과 필터 교체 후 배출가스 같은 오일 냄새가 캐빈에서 난다. 특히 에어컨이나 히터를 켜면서 아이들링할 때 눈에 띄는 냄새가 난다. 서비스 직후부터 시작되었다.

혼다 CR-V

앞쪽 좌측 타이어 사이드월에 손상(절단)이 발생했음. 손상 발생 시기와 기간 불명확. 2014년식 혼다 CR-V AWD, 주행거리 약 33,000마일. 사이드월 손상 타이어를 교체해야 하는지, 4개 전부 교체해야 하는지, 교체하지 않을 경우 어떤 문제가 발생하는지 불명확.

금속 타이어 밸브 캡이 1년 정도 되어 고착되어 있음. 액체 렌치와 플라이어를 이용한 제거 시도도 효과 없음. 밸브 스템(고무)에 손상을 줄 수 없어 강제로 제거할 수 없는 상황.

타이어의 하이드로플래닝(수막 현상) 발생 가능성이 타이어 공기압과 어떤 관계가 있는가? 과도한 공기압 또는 부족한 공기압에서 하이드로플래닝이 더 잘 발생하는가?

앞 타이어만 교체가 필요한데, 기존 속도 등급(speed rating)과 일치하는 타이어를 찾기가 어렵고 비용이 많이 든다. 각 액슬별로는 같은 속도 등급이면 되지만, 앞뒤 액슬 간에 속도 등급이 다르면 문제가 될까?

2014 Acura TSX에서 서비스 정보 확인 결과 lower damper fork 너트(G)와 bolt(F)가 일회용 패스너로 지정되어 있음. 이들이 왜 일회용인지 궁금함. Stretch fit bolt는 아닌 것 같음. Top bolt(E)는 여러 번 사용 가능한 상태. SLA 서스펜션 구성으로 damper fork가 strut assembly와 LCA에 연결됨.
