브레이크 캘리퍼 4개 교체 완료. 개스킷 제거제를 페인트 스트리퍼로 사용하여 랩으로 감싸 효과적으로 처리. 에폭시 페인트로 마무리하면 더 평탄하게 건조될 예정. 내일 오일, 냉각수 교체 및 재조립 예정. 브레이크 액은 안전상 1주일 후 교체 예정. 사이드 노트: 드라이브웨이 경사로를 백업할 때 클러치 슬립 심함. 다음날 3000RPM 반스로틀에서 슬립 발생. 클러치 킷 교체 후 8년 경과, 주행거리 18,000km. 슬립 원인은 핫스팟 발생으로 확인됨.

Well rescued! Such a handsome car with that slight rising wedge profile to them.

큼직한 범퍼에 작은 범퍼 아치를 장착했을 때 약간 나아진 외형. 프론트 아치의 앞 부분과 프론트 범퍼의 뒷 부분을 보면 맞지 않는 부분을 볼 수 있음. 하지만 여전히 괜찮아 보임.

AC 컴프레서 수리 후에도 에어컨 성능이 좋지 않음. 정비사에 따르면 blend door 불량이 원인. 포드 차량에서 흔한 문제로 알려짐. 승객석 에어백을 통해 접근하여 수리 가능한 것으로 파악됨.

E46 쿠페 2002년식(페이스리프트 전 과도기 모델)에 M-패키지와 견인고리를 약 1개월 전에 장착한 후 PDC(주차거리 감지 시스템)가 작동하지 않음. 센서를 두 번 교체했으나 증상 지속. 진단기 확인 결과: 시동을 켜고 후진 기어를 넣으면 진단기에 표시되지만 PDC가 활성화되지 않음. PDC 스피커를 한 번 작동시키면 주차거리 감지 시스템이 진단기에 표시됨.

배터리를 연결하면 스테레오가 켜짐. 시동을 걸려고 키를 돌리면 액세서리가 정상으로 켜지지만 더 돌려서 시동을 걸려고 해도 아무것도 일어나지 않음. 키를 빼고 문을 열어도 헤드라이트를 포함한 모든 액세서리가 계속 켜져 있고 배터리를 분리하는 것 외에는 끌 수 없음. 차량이 1개월 이상 배터리 분리 상태로 차고에 주차되어 있었음. 점화 스위치 전자 부품($47)을 교체했지만 차이 없음. 스타터 릴레이를 다른 것으로 교체해서 확인했지만 작동하지 않음. 점프 시작 중...

2004 Honda CR-V의 연료 필터가 연료펌프 어셈블리 내부의 스트레이너 형태로 되어 있음. 별도의 인라인 연료필터가 있는 차량과 달리 스트레이너 교체 시 많은 작업량이 필요하고 복잡한 O-링과 개스킷 교체가 필요함 (정비 매뉴얼 참조). 연료펌프 스트레이너 교체 시 실질적인 이점이 있는지 궁금함.
