보트가 항상 왼쪽으로 방향을 틀려고 하며 스티어링 휠에 심한 저항감이 있음. 오후 운행 후 marina 도착 시 오일 캡이 있는 부분에서 연기가 나고 금속음이 나는 윤맥음(메탈 온 메탈) 발생.

1998/99년식 토요타 RAV4에서 에어컨을 켠 후 주행 중 엔진이 꺼짐. 시동을 걸면 다시 시작되며 에어컨을 끄면 엔진이 꺼지지 않음. 에어컨을 다시 켜면 엔진이 다시 꺼짐.

2004 Chevy Monte Carlo A/C가 무작위로 전속력으로 송풍되며, 송풍 다이얼을 OFF로 돌리면 온/냉풍이 나오지 않지만 다이얼을 다른 위치로 설정하면 온/냉풍이 나옴. 엔진을 끈 후에도 송풍이 계속됨. 블로워 모터 저항기를 4번 교체함.

냉각수 교환

2003 포드 이스케이프 V6. 약 2개월 전부터 오일 경고등이 점등되기 시작했으며, 처음에는 브레이크를 밟을 때만 켜지고 가속할 때는 꺼지는 패턴을 보임. 시간이 지나면서 20분 정도 운행 후 경고등이 점등되면 계속 켜져 있음. 매일 오일 레벨을 확인했으나 최소/최대 눈금 사이에 있었음. 오일 교환 시기는 되었으나 먼저 이 문제를 해결하려고 함.

2017 기아 SUV가 간헐적으로 시동이 걸리지 않음. 시동 버튼을 눌렀을 때 몇 번 시도한 후에야 시작됨. 키 센서는 정상 작동. 이웃의 2002 Jeep Liberty에 월 1~2회 점프 스타트를 제공 중.

배터리 교환

1997 Toyota Camry가 전날은 잘 작동했는데 시동이 걸리지 않음. 배터리가 방전되어 있었고, 충전하는데 매우 오래 걸림.

에어컨 압력 스위치(AC pressure switch)가 반으로 부러져 있음. 센서 주변에 씰이 있어서 제거 시 냉매가 모두 빠질 수 있을지 궁금함. 제거해도 되는지, 셧오프 밸브가 있는지, 아니면 냉매를 다시 충전하면 되는지 확인 필요.

2007 렉서스 ES350, 185,000마일. 차고에 주차 중 실내 돔 라이트가 켜져 있었을 가능성 있음. 시동 시도 시 반응 없음 - 조명, 클릭음, 아무 반응도 없음. 전동 도어락과 트렁크 오프너도 작동 안 함. 점프 케이블 연결 직후 모든 전기 시스템 작동함: A/C, 헤드라이트, 대시 라이트, 비프음 등. 시동 시도 시...

배터리 교환

EFI 퓨즈가 무작위로 끊어짐. 끊어지면 계속 끊어져서 시동이 안 걸림. 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결하고 퓨즈를 교체하면 한동안 정상 작동하다가 다시 끊어짐. 패턴을 찾을 수 없음. 배터리를 분리해야만 해결되는 증상으로 보아 더 깊은 문제가 있을 것으로 추정됨. 정상 작동할 때는 문제없음.

2008 말리부 가속 시 에어컨에서 뜨거운 바람 분출. 정차 중이거나 정속 운행 중에는 냉각되어 찬바람이 나옴.

2004 Mercury Grand Marquis 오토 에어컨 블로워가 고속과 저속 2단계에서만 작동하다가 완전히 작동 중지됨. 최근에 레지스터가 고장난 것으로 확인됨. 팬 스위치 불량 가능성이 있는지 확인 필요.

주말에만 단거리 주행하는 차량의 배터리가 방전되는 문제. 2일 전에 배터리가 완전히 방전되어 로드사이드 지원을 받음. 부스터 팩 구매를 고려 중이나, 배터리 교체보다는 충전 보조 장비를 원함.

냉각수 교환

냉각수 보충 중 냉각수 탱크에 오일이 섞여 있는 것을 발견. 정비소에서 헤드개스킷이 아닐 것 같다고 진단 (엔진 과열 없음, 오일에 물 없음, 배기가스에서 연기 없음). 써모스탯 하우징에서 오일이 새는 것이 원인일 가능성이 있다고 설명. 다른 2개 정비소에서는 헤드개스킷 문제라고 주장.

냉각수 교환

2010 실버라도 1500 4WD, 주행거리 565,000km. 2주전 오일 교환 후 500km 주행. 어제 엔진 뒤쪽 히터 호스 파열로 인한 냉각수 누수 발생. 엔진 과열(온도계 최고). 엔진 거친 운전 및 약한 출력. 고속도로 주행 후 5분간 거친 운전, 1시간 휴식, 시내 주행 10분간 거친 운전 후 과열 인식. 오늘 대시보드에 오일 교환 알림 표시됨.

견인용 브레이크 컨트롤러와 7핀 콘센트를 설치 중인데, 배선도에서 7핀과 브레이크 컨트롤러가 배터리에 직접 연결되어 있음. 시동이 켜졌을 때만 작동하는 스위치 전원에 연결할 수 있는지, 그리고 가능하다면 최적의 스위치 전원이 무엇인지 알고 싶음.
