2002 토요타 코롤라 (2ZZ-GE, 141kW N/A)의 선촉매 산소센서(primary O2 센서) 반응이 매우 느림. 센서 신호: 아이들 시 0.1Hz 전형적, 최대 0.2Hz / 2500RPM 시 0.5Hz 전형적, 최대 0.8Hz (일정하지 않음). 부가 증상: 불규칙한 아이들, 엔진 회전수가 산소센서 신호를 따름. LTFT 아이들 시 -15%, 최소 TPS 다음 약 0%.
처리 내용
ECU가 혼합기 리치 조건을 감지하여 폐루프 상태에서 연료 분사량 감소. 가능 원인 3가지: (1) 인젝터 미폐쇄/막힘으로 인한 미세 누유 - 회전수 증가 시 누유량이 상대적으로 감소. (2) 연료 펌프/공급 압력 과다 (인젝터 정상). (3) 연료 옥탄가 부적합 (가능성 낮음). 점검 항목: ▪크랭크축 위치 센서(CPS) 간극 확인 및 정소 ▪캠축 위치 센서(CMP) 간극 확인 및 정소 (자기식 센서는 금속 이물질 축적 확인) ▪ECU 와이어 소켓 오염/유분/녹 확인 ▪하니스 저항 멀티미터 측정 (0~1옴 범위 확인) ▪아이들 불규칙/엔진 진동/점화 불량 확인 ▪필요시 오실로스코프로 엔진 회전수 파형 확인.

Writing the title made me wonder how many rear engined coupes have existed. I got 911 (obviously), some Alpines, Delorean, Fiat / Abarth versions of the 850. I'm debating what I do with a speedo conversion. Plus point with the Lockwood is you get mph and kph whereas converting it on the CAN leaves you with mph only. Or I could just leave it in Km. I'm fairly used to doing it in my head that way around. Of course, there was an incident in the Forester where I forgot it was converted and I took it up to an indicated 100 thinking 'this feels strangely fast'
