증상
CVT 변속기 TCM(변속기 제어 모듈)의 알루미늄 솔더링 실패. 수리 후 CVT 변속기유(최대 100°C)로부터 회로기판 재밀봉 필요. 많은 수리업체에서 에폭시를 사용하여 밀봉하는데, CVT 변속기유의 부식성에 저항하는 에폭시를 찾아야 함.
처리 내용
자동차 전자제품 밀봉용 옥심 경화 실리콘(Oxime curing silicone) 추천. Permatex 81173 사용. 회로기판의 큰 선(리드)은 은(silver) 또는 알루미늄이거나 둘 다 사용되며, 작은 선들은 금 본딩와이어(gold bonding wire)임.
