증상
R400PWR 소유 후 30분 이상 주행 시 오일 냄새가 나는 연기가 실내로 유입됨. 운전 후 상체에서 유분이 섞인 연기 냄새가 남. 에어 필터에 유분 오염 확인.
처리 내용
드라이섬프 시스템의 오일 브리더(호흡) 시스템 점검. 기존 플라스틱 캐치 탱크에서 엔진베이로 직접 배출되는 구조 확인. 캐치 탱크에서 나오는 오일 함유 공기가 엔진 루버를 통해 실내로 유입되는 것 확인. 개선 방안: 새로운 호스, 엘보우 피팅, 그리고 베플식 캐치 탱크로 교체. 캐치 탱크 상단에서 오일 연기를 엔진베이 하단을 통해 차량 후부 아래로 배출되도록 루팅 변경. 이를 통해 실내 연기 유입 제거 및 장시간 주행 후 냄새 개선.
