So a day off work and collection day today. Kindly my Father dropped me down to pick it up. Going from S204 C63 to a Duster is certainly a juxtaposition in chariots. The car was under a cover when I arrived which was most unexpected and a nice laugh. Only had to sign a couple of documents. Amusingly I was laughing with James the salesman when I placed the order that I loved a freebie and had previously been quite annoyed at how stingy Porsche dealerships particularly OPCs are with little bits. So he jokingly produced a Dacia hat which he kindly gave me. The proviso was I had to wear it for a picture... Look like a right mug but it made me laugh.As I said this was my first ever new car so to pick it up with so little mileage was quite a first. The car comes with loads of kit for the money-Android auto / Apple car play - 360 Cameras - Hill descent - off road angle metres - heated seats and steering wheel- 3D sound updates stereo - spare wheel- modular roof bars- wireless charging and then 4 USBc slots and 2 12v Then all your usual stuff youd expect in a new car with cruise etc. It feels usefully refreshing to drive, it's simple, torquey enough and doesn't try to be anything it's not. The stereo is great and it is actually quite nice to pilot along a road. I love the colour and it certainly in my eyes from the outside doesn't look like a cheap car.
