증상
ZF 트랜스미션 프론트 하우징(벨 하우징)을 제거해야 함. 모든 디텐트와 측면 고정핀, 입력축 서클립, 베어링 뒤의 볼트를 제거했으나 프론트 하우징이 리어 하우징에서 3-5mm만 움직이고 더 이상 진전 없음. 로어 샤프트를 베어링으로 뒤로 밀어도 고착된 상태 지속.
처리 내용
입력축과 레이샤프트가 벨 하우징에 압입된 베어링에 매우 타이트하게 끼워져 있음. C자형 단면재와 M20 스터드로 임시 베어링 프레스를 제작. 레이샤프트에 압력을 가한 후, 큰 동재 해머를 사용하여 스터드(및 레이샤프트)와 입력축에 번갈아가며 충격을 줌. 이 방법으로 성공적으로 분리 가능.
