증상
폰티악 변속기가 강하게 시프트되고 기어를 찾는 데 시간이 오래 걸립니다. 변속이 잘 안 되고 완전히 "결합"되지 않는 것 같으며, 시동할 때 클러치가 슬립하는 것처럼 느껴집니다 (클러치는 없지만). 변속기 적응 프로그램 리셋을 시도하고 싶습니다.
처리 내용
배터리를 20~30분간 분리하여 변속기 적응 메모리를 초기화해 보세요. 주의사항: 차량 시계가 초기화되고 OEM 라디오에서 PIN 코드를 요청할 것입니다. 미리 확인하세요. 배터리 분리 시 경보음이 울릴 수 있지만 정상입니다 (정상 작동). 리모컨이나 운전석 도어락으로 해제하면 됩니다. 또한 변속유 레벨을 반드시 점검하세요. 변속유 부족이나 노후/오염으로 인해 변속이 불완전하고 거칠어집니다. 변속유가 정상이면 소프트웨어가 올바르게 작동합니다.

BMW 318 TDS 가솔유 연료펌프(프리펌프)가 밀폐된 연료탱크 내부에 장착되어 있고, 12V 전기가 공급되는 소형 모터를 포함하고 있습니다. 모터 내부에서 스파크가 발생할 수 있고, 연료탱크 내에 공기가 있으면 폭발할 위험이 있는데 어떻게 폭발 위험 없이 작동하는지 이해가 안 됨. (주유 시 휴대전화 사용을 금지하는 것과의 모순)

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
