쇼크업소버 교환

2005 혼다 오디세이, 주행거리 201,000마일. 시속 60마일 이상에서 전륜에서 심한 진동 발생. 가속할 때 더 심해지며, 액셀을 놓으면 즉시 부드러워짐. 5,000마일 전에 새 타이어 장착. 타이어 센터에서 재밸런싱 및 서스펜션, 엔진마운트 점검 완료(이상 없음).

FAW V2의 대시보드에 연료 부족 경고등과 안전벨트 경고등이 있지만 점등되지 않음. 조사 결과 이 두 시스템을 제어하는 회로가 없는 것으로 판명. 두 가지 시스템을 직접 구현하려고 함.

모토홈을 견인하며 뒤에 차를 매달고 다니는데, 핸들 잠금 해제를 위해 악세서리 모드를 유지해야 해서 배터리가 빨리 방전됨. 모토홈 충전기를 차 배터리에 연결하려고 하는데, 시동 시 역전류(특히 디젤 시동 시 큰 전력 소비)로 인한 차 배터리의 모토홈으로의 역급전을 방지하기 위해 다이오드 추가를 원함.

오펠/복스홀 인시그니아 운행 중 오일 점검 시 오일 레벨이 최대 용량을 초과한 상태로 발견됨. 오일 교환 사이에 오일 레벨이 상승하는 것으로 의심되며, 여러 정비소에서 정확한 양의 오일을 넣었을 것으로 판단되어 디젤이 피스톤 링을 통해 유입되는 것으로 추정됨.

브레이크 패드 교환

Mk5 Astra SRi에서 Ford Focus Zetec Mk2로 차량 변경을 검토 중. Focus Zetec의 후륜 드럼 브레이크가 우려사항. VW Polo, Golf Mk4 이상, Seat Leon, Prius 등 대부분의 차량이 후륜 디스크 브레이크를 장착하고 있는데 Ford가 구식 기술을 계속 사용하는 이유가 의문.

리어 스윙암의 러버 부시 마운트가 리벳으로 고정되어 있어 부시 교체 시 전체 암을 고무 워크숍으로 가져가야 하는 불편함. 기존 부품에서 리벳이 일반 공구(끌과 해머)로 망치질된 흔적이 있는 마운트들을 발견함. 리벳 대신 볼트/와셔/너트로 교체하여 마운트와 부시를 쉽게 분리할 수 있는 방법을 찾고 있음.

변속기 오일 교환

혼다 시빅 2003년식 GX 1.7L VTEC 수동변속기 4기통입니다. 오늘 오일을 보충했는데, 5분 정도 주행 후 신호등에서 1단으로 변속할 때 배기구에서 흰 연기가 많이 나왔습니다. 3시간 식힌 후 시동을 걸면 다시 흰 연기가 나옵니다. 주행 중 오일 보충 전처럼 가속이 잘 되지 않습니다.

변속기 오일 교환

자동변속기가 오랫동안 부드러움을 잃었고 아침에 처음 시동할 때 슬립이 발생합니다. 최근에 리버스 기어로 변속할 때 거친 진동이 발생했고, 큰 충격음 이후 리버스 기어가 중립처럼 작동하지 않습니다. 다른 기어는 정상이지만 드라이브 기어 진입 시 더 거칠어진 상태입니다.

1995 캐미 LE(V6) 엔진룸 검사 중 알터네이터로 가는 와이어가 느슨한 것을 발견. 차량은 정상 시작됨. 와이어를 분리한 후 알터네이터 포스트의 너트를 풀려던 중 포스트가 너트와 함께 부러짐. 이 와이어를 섀시에 연결하고 배터리 음극 와이어를 다시 연결하려고 시도.

스즈키 알토 실내에서 배기가스/가솔린/오일 냄새가 난다. 환기팬을 돌릴 때 통풍 시스템을 통해 냄새가 들어온다.

배터리 교환

2004 혼다 오디세이가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 엔진이 크랭크되지 않지만 배터리나 배터리 연결에는 문제가 없음 (실내등, 라디오 등은 정상 작동). 키를 ON 위치로 돌렸을 때 트랜스미션 대시 표시기의 D 라이트가 몇 초간 켜져 있었고 모터가 돌아가거나 윙윙거리는 소리가 들림.

실린더 헤드("heads")가 정확히 무엇인지 궁금함. 헤드 개스킷과의 차이점 이해 필요.

As above. I’ve had a plate on a car for 20-odd years, which I want to take off and revert to original. The car is MOTd but until Saturday was SORN, not taxed. I’ve gone to put the plate on retention online (which I’ve done several times with other vehicles in the past) but the gov website says it can’t be done online and I have to fill in a form and send to them (with a cheque! Love it.Am planning a manual conversion and exhaust upgrade.The exhaust options are either get remote valves and cat delete pipes for about 3k, or get a new '6-into-1' header set-up that would radically alter the exhaust pitch from deep and manly, into a screamer more similar to the GTO or even the later F12 and 812 cars.
