브레이크 패드 교환

5년간 운영 중인 샵 차량에서 간헐적인 문제 발생. 브레이크 부스터 어시스트가 손실되고 대시 경고등(ABS, 트랙션 컨트롤 등 여러 개)이 점등됨.

타이어 교체 시 럭너트를 푸는 방법에 대한 질문. 처음 3개 타이어는 지면에 닿은 상태에서 럭너트를 풀었으나, 4번째 타이어는 공중에 떠 있는 상태에서 임팩트렌치로 스타 패턴으로 풀었을 때 문제가 없어 보임. 수동 렌치를 사용할 때와 임팩트렌치를 사용할 때의 차이가 궁금함.

엔진 시동 후 40~60초 정도 경과 후 엔진이 꺼짐. 이 기간 동안 연료 압력은 항상 50 psi 이상으로 유지됨. 배터리와 교류발전기를 교체했지만 문제가 해결되지 않음.

타이어 교환

1996 Taurus 왜건의 조향 문제. 정차 상태에서 스티어링 휠 조작이 매우 어려움 (파워 스티어링 완전 고장보다도 심함). 5mph 전후의 저속 전진/후진 시에는 스티어링이 완벽하게 작동. 정차 상태에서 엔진 RPM 상승시켜도 개선 안 됨. 앞 바퀴 들어올려서 타이어 제거 후 확인 중.

배터리 교환

차량을 몇 시간 꺼두었다가 시동을 걸면 에어컨이 처음 20분 이상 완벽하게 작동하고 찬바람이 잘 나온다. 때로는 계속 잘 작동하기도 하지만, 날씨가 매우 덥거나 습할 때는 송풍구 출력이 서서히 줄어들어 거의 미미한 수준이 된다 (설정을 건드리지 않았는데도). 냉기는 여전히 느껴지지만 송풍량이 감소한다. 그 와중에 송풍 모터는 계속 최대로 작동한다. 송풍 모터, 각종 센서, 에어컨 제어 콘솔이 교체되었고 냉각수도 배출되었다.

2008 Fiat Grande Punto 6단 수동변속기에서 가속 시 앞부분(운전자 발 위치 근처)에서 딸랑거리는 소음 발생. 공회전 상태 또는 액셀러레이터를 누르지 않을 때는 소음 없음. 클러치를 밟은 상태에서 엔진 회전수를 올릴 때는 소음 없으나, 회전수가 내려올 때 잠깐 소음이 들림.

2003 인피니티 G35가 시동 직후 대부분의 경우 꺼짐. RPM이 매우 낮게 떨어지는 것으로 보임. 시동 후 1초 이내에 악셀을 밟으면 초기 드롭을 극복하고 유지되며 200-1000 RPM 아이들을 유지하고 꺼지지 않음. 점화 퓨즈와 릴레이 교체, 오일 쿨러 씰 교체 후 발생.

메르세데스-벤츠 A140 W168, 핀란드 이주 후 18개월 사용. 작년 겨울(-15°C)에는 블록히터 없이 시동 어려움 있었지만 매일 시작됨. 올해 -28°C까지 내려가면서 시동 불가 - 대시보드만 점등되고 반응 없음. 친구 차들은 같은 조건에서도 시동 됨.
