What a fantastic car! Even on 180,000 miles and as is often the case with a workshop loan car, rather dirty and unloved, it drove brilliantly with no rattles and the 1.6 TDI pulled really well (much stronger and quieter than the 1.5 dCi in my Renault), which was a surprise and it was still averaging 50mpg. 배기 누출(플렉시블 조인트)이 배출가스 검사 장비에서 어떻게 감지되는지 궁금함. 휘발유 가스 검사는 CO 함량, HC 함량, Lambda(공연비)를 측정함. Lambda 도입 이전에는 과도한 CO 발생 시 공기 누출로 혼합기를 약하게 해서 수치를 조작할 수 있었음. 현재는 약간의 누출도 문제가 될 수 있음.

2014 BMW F01 750d xDrive가 계속 우측으로 쏠림. 얼라이먼트 조정 후에도 증상 지속. BMW 정식 서비스센터에서 MacPherson 스트럿 교체, MacPherson 마운팅 어셈블리 교체, 얼라이먼트 3회 추가 조정, 여름용 20인치 휠/타이어에서 겨울용 18인치 휠/타이어로 변경했으나 문제 계속됨. BMW 정식 서비스센터에서도 원인 파악 불가. 레이싱카 정비 경험이 있는 정비소에서 상담 중 (메시지 끝남).

냉각수 교환

2014 현대 투싼(GDi) 냉각팬이 고온이거나 에어컨 작동 시 작동하지 않음. AC는 주행 중일 때만 찬바람이 나옴. 정차 중 과열 증상 발생. AC 압력계 측정 결과 고압 상태. C/FAN Hi 릴레이 단자에 부식 없음. 릴레이 소노이드 및 스위칭 테스트 정상. 릴레이에 전원 공급 확인됨.

자동차가 정지했을 때 난방이나 에어컨을 켜면 배기가스 냄새가 난다. 주행 중에는 냄새가 나지 않지만, 신호대기 중이거나 주차했을 때 냄새가 강해진다. 냄새의 강도가 일정하지 않다.

좌측 방향지시등이 우측보다 약 2배 빠르게 깜빡임. 후방 방향등은 빠르게 깜박이지만 전방 방향등은 깜박이지 않음. 퓨즈 교체 후에도 문제 지속.

제동력이 현저히 감소하여 프론트 브레이크 패드 교체가 필요할 정도인 상황. 기존 패드를 제거했을 때 패드 상태가 양호하고 위험 수준과 거리가 먼 상태. 브레이크 액 레벨 확인 외 추가 진단 방법 필요.

트럭이 1~2초 정도만 시동이 걸렸다가 멈추고 이를 반복함. 며칠 전 ECM이 배터리 양극 단자에 접촉한 후부터 시작됨. 배터리는 교체했고 상태 양호함.

얼터네이터 교환

BMW 2007 530i (N52 엔진) 210,000KM: 에어컨 켜면 객실 내에서 신음음(groan) 발생. 스티어링 휠에 하중이 걸릴 때(회전 시) 신음음 악화. 에어컨 끄면 신음음 사라짐. 엔진 냉간 시 에어컨 켜고 끈 상관없이 신음음 발생. 싱글 액세서리 벨트(AC, 파워스티어링, 얼터네이터 구동). AC는 클러치리스 가변 배기량식. 텐셔너와 아이들 풀리 교체 완료. 엔진베이에서는 신음음 없음. 풀리 유격 확인 결과 이상 없음. AC 성능 정상. 파워스티어링 성능 정상.
