Sturdy survey. https://www.am-online.com/news/increased-number-of...Meanwhile those who are actually buying instead of answering a rather odd and unclear survey....https://www.smmt.co.uk/vehicle-data/car-registrati...You re on it, 70% of all UK cars sold in June had an ICEAnd 56% of all UK cars sold in June had a Battery.

I suspect I'm older than you. That time never existed. You're also never at the front on a motorway. It's just a continuous stream of traffic. Also wondering how you manage to see 30mpg from an M4 when you're on it all the time.Trust me it did! Even in the mid 2000's, I'd touch a 140mph in my S14a 200SX every Saturday morning going to work on the M1 for example. Plus I've said it for years...there's always a time and a place(even now believe it or not). I don't drive like that now though don't get me wrong, because I'm older(and arguably wiser), but given the chance though...I'd still take it! O/T a mate of mine used to test his top speed on the A3 as (back then) it had no camera's and hardly ever any Rozzers; Yamaha R1, totally mental bike. Often at 160-170.Also for the naysayers, some of us do do track days and a 112mph limiter would be a problem TX.I remember sitting on the back of my BiL's CBR600 at 155mph on the A38 once as well! Looking back now though, that seems pretty daft and risky now though I think. I enjoyed it at the time don't get me wrong, and boys will always be boys I guess. Plus I was also sat alongside him in his 1992 Astra GSi when he was racing his mate in his Astra GTE 16v as well, and they both got banned from driving for getting caught on a radar gun at 84mph in a 30mph! That wasn't very sensible either looking back now to be fair!

The battery within that car is owned by the lender and forms an integral part of the collateral for that debt. Ach, no. You could say the same about any other part of the car - engine, gearbox, carpets, seat bolsters, whatever - and batteries look like being a lot longer lasting than many of the things in a car that many people can comprehensively ruin within three years. You don't get any lease company saying you can't smoke in your car, be 30st, or no

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
