A year ago at car inspection, I had to have a brake job. This year, the brakes failed again, due to what they said was a faulty part, which they were able to get replaced by the manufacturer + $50 for the labor. Their standard labor was probably $125 for that job. They offered to split the balance of the labor charge. But I feel like I paid for the labor a year ago. It’s not my fault it was a damaged part. I managed to get them to drop the charge, but he told me it was standard to charge whatever labor they weren’t able to get covered by the manufacturer. Is it standard? If it is, I’ll pay it.

2015 현대 엑센트 자동변속기, 주행거리 90,000km 미만. 빗길이나 물웅덩이가 있는 젖은 도로에서 발생. 처음에는 정상 주행하다가 갑자기 변속이 딱딱거리고, 심한 jerking 현상 발생. 가속페달을 밟으면 엔진 회전수(rpm)는 올라가지만 거의 동력이 전달되지 않으며 마치 저단에 박혀있는 것처럼 속도 증가 안 됨. 대시보드에 경고등 없음. 트랙션 컨트롤이 작동하는 것 같은 증상.

Acura 내비게이션 DVD 플레이어(승객석 콘솔 바닥 카펫 해치 뒤)의 주황색 '열기' 버튼을 눌러도 도어가 열리거나 DVD가 배출되지 않음. 에러 코드나 경고 없이 장치는 정상 작동하는 것으로 보임. 2021년식 Acura 내비게이션 맵 업데이트용 신규 Nav DVD 설치 필요.

N62 V8 엔진을 블록까지 분해 중이며, 실린더 벽 상태를 확인하고 싶음. Alusil 블록은 일반적인 방식으로 호닝이 불가능하다는 정보를 들었음. 호닝으로 손상을 검사할 수 있는지, 그리고 블록이 오버보어(over-bore)되어야 하는 경우 블록이 완전히 사용 불가능해지는지 확인 필요.

2007 혼다 어코드 LX가 짧은 시내 주행(정차 사이 5~10분) 여러 번 후 시동 불가. 50°F 날씨, 실내등/악세서리 미작동. 시동이 몇 번 꺼지다가 완전히 꺼짐. 점프스타트로 시동 걸림. 귀가 후 재시동 시도했으나 같은 증상 발생. 배터리 충전기 10암페어 설정 중.

2004 Subaru Outback가 영하(화씨 0도 이하)의 매우 추운 아침에 짧은 거리 주행 후 시동이 걸리지 않음. 아침에는 정상 시동되지만 약 400m 주행 후 20분 뒤 엔진은 회전하지만 불이 붙지 않음. 30분 정도 시간을 두면 쉽게 시동됨.

As above. I’ve had a plate on a car for 20-odd years, which I want to take off and revert to original. The car is MOTd but until Saturday was SORN, not taxed. 2011 Jeep Liberty: 2014년 4월 오일팬 손상으로 무기름 상태 운행 후 수리. 10월부터 엔진 노킹(叩く음) 시작. 이후 2014년 10월, 2015년 3월, 7월, 2016년 5월에 반복적으로 노킹 발생. 수리점에서 탭펫(tappet) 마모, 리프터(lifter) 블리드다운 진단. 2016년 5월 심한 노킹으로 운행 불가.

2008 Jetta SE 2.5L OEM 배터리가 약 1개월 전 거의 완전히 방전됨 (엔진을 끄고 방치하여 표면 전압 부족, 20분 유휴 운전 후 시동 가능). 그 후 며칠간 정상 작동했으나 충전 부족 상태에서 이전보다 훨씬 빠르게 다시 방전됨. 충전 시간 부족 및 가능한 증류수 부족으로 인한 것으로 추정됨.

2002 대우 라노스가 간헐적으로 시동이 걸리지 않음. 과거에는 변속기 시프터의 인터록 슬롯에 키를 삽입하고 모든 기어를 순환시킨 후 P 또는 N으로 돌리면 해결되었으나, 현재는 그 방법도 항상 효과가 있지 않음. 추운 날씨에서 시동이 걸리지 않는 경향이 있음. 변속기 시프터를 조작하면 간헐적으로 시동이 걸림.

I want to upgrade to an budget entry level bidirectional one. (Not just a code reader.) Autel seems to be good but there are so many models. I am looking for one that can do TPMS. BT is not really needed. Reading the sensors of course is mandatory. Key programming a plus, but I know a lot of new stuff needs internet access. Not going that far. Autel MK808S-TS looks like what I need. Battery testing would be a plus. Vin reading for auto setup would be nice. Mostly going to be used for domestic. (Ford, GM, Toyota) Any other ideas? Hallo zusammen, im März und April diesen Jahres hatte die HUK24 nach dem aktuellen KM Stand gefragt. Im Postfach von HUK24 konnte ich die Nachricht nicht finden. Meine Versicherung kostet eigentlich 1730€, die immer im August abgebucht wird. HUK24 hat jetzt, weil ich keine Angaben gegeben hatte, den Betrag auf 3300€ erhöht (KM Stand unvollständig etc daher der hohe Betrag). Nun bucht mir die HUK24 die Differenz ab (1366€) ab.
