타이밍은 정상이고 캠 페이저도 올바른 위치에 있음을 확인했습니다. VVT 솔레노이드 2개를 모두 교체했음에도 같은 코드가 계속 나타납니다. 헤드 개스킷이 문제일 수 있는지 확인 중입니다.

엔진오일 교환

2019 VW 아마록 엔진룸 내 광범위한 녹 발생. 외부 바디 패널은 녹이 없고 하단부는 초기 단계 표면 녹만 있음. 그러나 엔진룸 내 녹은 더 광범위한 상태로 보임. 마운팅 브래킷, 힌지 등에 녹이 있고 일부 사진에서는 도장 아래 실제 바디 패널에 녹이 형성되는 것으로 보임.

엔진오일 교환

냉간 시동은 잘 되지만 엔진이 따뜻해지면서 더 거칠어지고 풀 초크가 필요함. 뜨거울 때는 시동이 걸리지 않지만 식으면 다시 시동됨. 새 배터리 장착됨. 스파크 플러그, 로터, 디스트리뷰터, 스타트 모듈, 리드선, 코일은 정상인 것으로 보임. 뜨거울 때도 강한 스파크 확인됨. 뜨거울 때 크랭크되지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 약간의 백파이어 발생.

브레이크 패드 교환

2005 닛산 알티마에서 리버스에서 드라이브로 변속 후 자동차가 움직이지 않음. 브레이크를 밟거나 E-브레이크(파킹 브레이크)를 당긴 것처럼 느껴짐. 파킹 브레이크를 매우 강하게 당겼다가 풀었을 때 정상 작동함. 세 번째 운전 시 발생.

2017년식 EU Ford Focus 1.5 TDCi Econetic 엔진에서 에어컨이 냉각되지 않음. 나머지 환기 기능은 정상 작동. 퓨즈 확인 완료: 실내 F71 7.5A (에어컨), F85 7.5A (에어컨/선루프/시트히터/승객 에어백), 엔진룸 F27 15A (에어컨 컴프레서 클러치), R11 (에어컨 컴프레서 클러치 릴레이), F36 5A (액티브 라디에이터 셔터). 에어컨 온/오프 시 매우 미세한 엔진음 변화만 감지됨.

스카니아 4시리즈 버스(K124) 옵티크루즈 8단 변속기(저단 4단/고단 4단)에서 간헐적인 기어 투입 시 충격음 발생. 저단 4단에서만 발생하며, 일반적으로 낮은 부하 상태 또는 내리막에서 발생. 변속기 온도가 올라간 후에 발생. 고회전으로 강하게 운전할 때는 증상이 개선되는 경향. 마스터 실린더 오일에서 금속 입자 검출.

2004 Chevy Trailblazer에서 시동 후 20초 이상 'Chk Oil' 경고등이 표시됨 (정상적인 대시보드 테스트 시간보다 훨씬 길게). 그 후 꺼졌다가 다음 시동까지 꺼진 상태 유지. 오일 량은 충분하고 깨끗한 상태.

7년 사용한 VW Bora의 자동변속기가 비정상적으로 기어를 변속합니다. 정상 주행 10-15분 후 발생하며, 주로 2→3단 또는 3→4단 변속 시 나타납니다. 때때로 엔진 회전수가 3000rpm까지 올라간 후 강한 충격이 느껴지고 소리가 납니다.

2012 Chevy Express 2500 (4.8L, 6L90 변속기, 20만km) - 중고 6L90 변속기 (7.7만km, 동일 사양 차량에서 추출) 장착 후 TCM 리플래시 필요 여부 확인

2002 미쓰비시 이클립스 V6 컨버터블 - 엔진이 회전하지만 시동이 걸리지 않음 (대부분의 경우). 천장에서 며칠간 누수가 있었고, 예상치 못한 폭우로 차량 내부가 많이 젖음. 뒷좌석 폼 아래에 물이 고여 있었고, 연료펌프가 뒷좌석 중앙 바로 아래에 설치되어 있음. 점화 위치에서 키를 돌렸을 때 연료펌프에서 아무 소리도 들리지 않음.

타이어 4개를 교체했는데, 앞쪽 왼쪽 타이어에 제조 연도 코드(DOT 날짜 코드)가 없음. 앞쪽 오른쪽과 뒤쪽 오른쪽 타이어는 2016년 제조 코드가 정상적으로 표시되어 있음.

I was driving home Northbound on the M3 after 10pm on Saturday night and passed loads of MLMs doing about 60mph. At least there was an empty lane either side of them!
