As above. I’ve had a plate on a car for 20-odd years, which I want to take off and revert to original. The car is MOTd but until Saturday was SORN, not taxed. I’ve gone to put the plate on retention online (which I’ve done several times with other vehicles in the past) but the gov website says it can’t be done online and I have to fill in a form and send to them (with a cheque! No idea if I still own a cheque book!) and they’ll consider and decide whether I can do this or not. A quick question to AI at the weekend said “tax it and you’ll be able to do it online”. 2001 포드 익스플로러: -7°F 이하에서 시동 불가. 강한 크랭킹에도 불구하고 연동하지 않음. 저온에서 연료펌프 프라이밍 음이 약하거나 없음. 차량이 따뜻해지면 정상 시동 및 펌프음 복구. 연료펌프 고장의 다른 전형적 증상 없음.

중고차를 구입했는데 타이어 프레셔 게이지로 4개 타이어 중 1개의 공기압을 측정할 수 없음. 게이지를 밸브에 아무리 강하게 눌러도 핀이 들어가지 않으며, 다른 타이어의 밸브와 비교하면 핀이 더 안쪽에 있거나 핀 자체가 짧아 보임.

745i: 여러 문제 발생 - 원인 불명의 문제 1개, 속도계 작동 안 함. FN2: 양호 상태, 2026년 첫 트랙데이 전 오일 및 필터 교환 필요. Fiesta ST: 소형 업그레이드 진행 중 - 키 주황색 러버 슬리빙 및 주황색 ST 인서트 교체 예정.

신차 3회차 오일 교환 후 엔진이 스터터링하고 배기관에서 검은 연기가 많이 나옴. 원인은 정비사가 실수로 오일을 2배로 주입함. 25분 정도 주행 후 딜러 반품. 하루 밤 드레인 후 연기와 스터터링 증상 소멸. 2개월 후 신호 대기 중 엔진에서 큰 윙윙거리는 음성 발생.

12인치 퓨저블 링크를 설치했는데, 원래 부품은 약 6인치 길이였습니다. 퓨저블 링크는 9인치를 초과하면 안 된다는 말을 들었습니다. 설치한 12인치 퓨저블 링크가 여전히 효과적인지 확인하고 싶습니다.

타이어 공기압 문제. 올바른 공기압일 때는 전체 트레드가 지면에 접촉하고, 공기압이 낮으면 타이어 가장자리가 지면에 접촉하여 측면이 마모되며, 공기압이 높으면 트레드 중앙만 지면에 접촉하여 중앙이 마모된다.

스트럿(struts)이 필요한 상태이며, US$100-$200대부터 $2000에 가까운 성능/스포츠 서스펜션 패키지까지 다양한 가격대의 서스펜션 킷이 있음. 더 비싼 서스펜션 시스템의 장점, 알아야 할 기능, 구매 시 고려해야 할 요소들이 무엇인지 궁금함.

진단 장비 없이 직감, 달의 위상, 그리고 접지 상태 같은 비과학적 방법으로만 진단하려는 정비사가 증가하는 추세. 스캔 도구, 멀티미터, 오실로스코프 같은 기본적인 진단 장비를 사용하지 않음.

Probably not a lengthy thread as there's not much to be done with this one. It's my wife's car and mostly used locally for dog walks, fetching stuff and bouncing around the back roads of East Anglia. I'll maybe take some proper pictures when it next gets sanitised (and it's not dusk)!It's stock other than a steel bash plate up front and 225/65/17 Geolander G015 AT tyres on some aftermarket alloys. It's comfy, easy, pretty simple and makes silly Subaru noises. 2003 오펠 아길라의 H4 복합 전조등(상향/하향겸용)이 매우 어둡습니다. 11월 MOT에서 양쪽 모두 교체했지만(£10, 약 $14) 제너릭 할로겐 전구로 보입니다. 하향등이 매우 희미하고 앞쪽 조명거리가 짧으며, 조절 노브를 0으로 설정해도 개선되지 않습니다. 야간 운전을 많이 하므로 밝은 전조등이 필요합니다.
