the wind is blowing another way but there is a fire near house. cleared all cars in the driveway but there is an abodoned semi parking near the house wondering how to start it. It should be like a car but im just making sure. I am not sure how the parking brake works either

I thought I heard the guy at the store said 7 miles, but it could have been 7 minutes. What is average? I live about 4 miles from work and it takes around 10-12 minutes to get there depending on the stop lights.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here, market prices don't lie, but I actually prefer the Integrale 16v over the Evolution. I can live without the wider track, bigger box arches and nominal bump in power. Agree on the white, too, prefer it to the usual red.

It looks the business from the outside and those rocker switches do look quite cool. I'm not sure the badge is established enough to sell too many over here at this money though. While certainly not all, I don't think it's controversial to say a majority of buyers for £70k SUVs are at least a bit interested in perceived status.Mind you, you have to start building that reputation somewhere. Maybe BYD see bringing it here as a loss leader to help establish the brand.

서로 다른 브랜드의 엔진과 트랜스미션을 조합하여 커스텀 차량을 제작할 수 있는지, 그리고 어려운 정도는 어느 정도인지 궁금함. 예를 들어 구형 메르세데스 V12 엔진(트윈 터보차저 장착)과 DSG 기어박스를 조합하려고 함. 초보자이지만 커스텀 차량 제작에 관심이 있음.

엔진 내 슬러지와 카본 제거를 위해 세정 오일 사용. 유튜브에서는 500-1,000마일 후 오일 필터 교체를 권장하는 의견이 많음. 이전에 씨폼(Seafoam) 사용 후 약 300마일 동안 RPM 서징 현상 개선됨. 현재 발볼린 오일 사용 후 약 600-700마일 주행.

배터리 교환

2023 Defender 90 D250 엔진이 36,000마일에서 완전히 고착됨. 오일은 있었고 오일 필터에 이물질 없음. Land Rover에서 엔진 고착 확인했으나 원인 미상.

변속기 오일 교환

자동변속기 2006년식 닛산 알티마에서 변속 문제 발생. 최근에 운전하지 않았을 때 4단으로의 변속이 늦음. 정상적으로는 시속 35km에서 약 1400~1500rpm에서 변속되지만, 처음 운전할 때는 약 2300rpm에서 약 800m 정도 주행 후 변속되어 1500rpm으로 떨어짐. 한 번 변속된 후에는 그 이후 주행에서 완벽하게 작동함.

Mk1 Golf/Rabbit에 lower strut brace(하부 스트럿 바)를 장착하려고 하는데, 컨트롤 암(A-암) 장착 볼트를 제거할 때 서스펜션이 떨어질지, 휠을 따로 지탱해야 하는지, 다시 볼트를 정렬하는 방법이 궁금함.
