On March 19, 2026, I was driving to work when traffic began to slow, and I reduced my speed accordingly. As traffic started to return to normal speed, I pressed the accelerator; however, although the engine revved, the vehicle did not accelerate beyond approximately 15 mph. Check engine light came on getting to highway speeds about 50 mph. Transmission went into limp mode at around 75k miles. Dealership told me my transmission was low on fluid. I had a transmission issue due to that same week. They told me to hold off on the flush because it was odd that a Toyota transmission is going in limp mode and with a check engine light at this mileage.

I brought my 2018 Toyota Camry in for servicing a few days before 12/09/2024. They gave me no bad reports. The transmission on the 2018 Toyota Camrys are the worst. Ever since I got my car it has had loss of power with acceleration it jerks randomly when driving and it’s very unpredictable. I've recently purchases a manual transmission 1.5 Honda Mobilio. Which claimed to be a drive by wire vehicle and I assume it really is (don't know how to tell if a car is drive by wire). I am a new driver and on my observation, when I take the key out, the steering is ultra hard to turn at all compared to me turning the key to II or ON. When the temp drops below 28 degrees , my manual transmission in my Plymouth Laser 1992 (same as Eclipse) will refuse to shift into reverse. It just feels sloggy , stuck ( other gears work fine) . Now if the sun is out and the cabin itself warms up, the transmission will shift in reverse if the outside is below 28 degrees which seems to tell me the problem is in the linkage with the actual hand stick. Hello everyone, Civic 8th gen Sedan 1.8 6MT (European), at 80k miles i have a problem since I bought it 2-3 years ago. When you accelerate from low speed or from standstill position on low gears 1 and 2, the car stalls and (heavily) judders for 2 secs when you leave the clutch pedal then continues normal. It happens on both gears 1 and 2. This generally happens when the car is still cold (but weather hot/cold doesnt matter) and when you drive uphill.
