얼터네이터 교환

배터리 방전으로 견인되어 옴. 알터네이터 불량으로 판단되어 알터네이터 교체함. 로드 테스트 중 온도 게이지가 높게 올라감. 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음을 확인. 팬에 그라운드는 있으나 팬 커맨드 시 전원이 공급되지 않음.

Also had exactly this with my E46 after replacing the alternator with a refurbished Bosch unit, changed for a second refurbished alternator and seems to have stopped the random parasitic draw. Assuming again it was voltage leaking passed one of the diodes.

여행 중 근처쪽 드라이브샤프트 부츠가 갈라짐. 그리스 건이 충분한 그리스를 담고 있지 않아 킹핀과 드라이브샤프트 슬라이딩 조인트 그리싱 작업을 완료하지 못함.

1988 2CV6 Dolly - 12일 프랑스/이탈리아 여행 후 점검. 차량 충돌 사고 있었으나 범퍼/오버라이더가 충격 흡수. 엔진 오일 소비 없음. 근측 드라이브샤프트 가이터 손상(찢어짐). 킹핀/드라이브샤프트 슬라이딩 조인트 그리스 건 그리스 부족으로 중간 점검 시 충분한 윤활 불가.

포드 포커스 MOT 불합격 - CV 부츠 파손(좌측), 역주행등 양쪽 모두 꺼짐, 센서 작동 불가, 휠 베어링 및 볼조인트 마모. 예산 £600, 차량 판매 예정

타이밍벨트 교환

엔진과 트랜스미션을 중고 리사이클 부품으로 교체했습니다. 교체 시점에 타이밍 벨트, 워터펌프, 써모스탯, 스파크플러그를 교체했습니다. 수리 이후 4기통으로만 작동하고 있습니다. 1번과 2번 실린더가 불량 실린더인 것 같습니다.

2023 토요타 야리스 하이브리드, 연간 약 2000마일만 주행. 전동 컴프레서로 타이어 에어를 넣은 후 두 번이나 차량이 시동이 안 됨. 기존 스타터 모터와 달리 사전 경고 없음. 하이브리드/EV는 주행거리가 적으면 12V 배터리 방전 문제 발생 가능.

시동 스위치를 켰을 때 클러스터 배터리 경고등이 켜지지 않습니다. 엔진을 시동했을 때 충전기(올터네이터)가 충전되지 않는 문제에 영향을 미치나요? 올터네이터로 가는 모든 배선은 랩 스코프로 확인했을 때 정상입니다.

2014 닛산 노트의 우측 전면 TPMS 센서가 작동하지 않음. MOT 검사소에서 TPMS 센서 결함으로 부적합 판정. TPMS 경고등 상태 불명확.

타이밍 벨트 파단, 1.6L 엔진에서 밸브 손상 여부 확인 필요

아웃백 117,000km 주행. 시동 직후 약 1초간 타이밍 체인 소음 발생. 워밍업 후 유휴 상태에서만 소음 들림. 고속 주행 후 소음 감소. 최근에는 소음이 완전히 사라짐. 최근 장거리 주행 후 변화 있음.

70mph 이상에서 중간 정도의 진동 발생, 속도가 높아질수록 심해짐. 역주행에서 드라이브로 변속할 때 덜거덕거리는 소리 발생. 운전석 CV 액슬을 제거했을 때 트랜스미션 출력샤프트에 상하로 약 12mm 정도의 과도한 움직임 발견.
