엔진오일 교환

2007 Ford Focus 파워 스티어링에서 소음 발생, 엔진 시동 후 캡 주변에서 유체 누출, 유체가 거품 생김. 펌프, 리저버, 플러시 후에도 계속 발생.

신차 3회차 오일 교환 후 엔진이 스터터링하고 배기관에서 검은 연기가 많이 나옴. 원인은 정비사가 실수로 오일을 2배로 주입함. 25분 정도 주행 후 딜러 반품. 하루 밤 드레인 후 연기와 스터터링 증상 소멸. 2개월 후 신호 대기 중 엔진에서 큰 윙윙거리는 음성 발생.

터키용으로 제작된 폭스바겐 제타 TDI 1.6 (2015-2016)을 우크라이나에서 구매하려고 함. 멕시코 제조, 터키에서 거부되어 우크라이나로 판매 이동. 우크라이나 기후에 적합한지 확인 필요. 더운 나라용 차량과 유럽용 차량의 차이점 우려 (시트 히터, 냉각수 등)

FN2 혼다 시빅 트랙카 빌드 프로젝트 시작. EP3에서 FN2로 전환. 검은색, 잘 관리된 상태의 차량을 찾아 트랙카(로드 레벨 클럽스포츠 사양)로 개조 계획 중.

시동 걸 때 헤드라이트와 실내등이 깜빡이지만, 시동이 걸린 후 주행 중에는 정상 작동. 다른 불들은 잘 작동함. 시동 전에 모든 불과 에어컨을 꺼둠.

에어컨 가스 충전

2005 마즈다 트리뷰트(주행거리 20만km 이상)의 에어컨 고장. 이전 소유자가 냉매 충전했음. 저압 게이지를 A/C 튜브 저압 포트에 연결했으나 엔진 시동 후에도 압력이 떨어지지 않음(클러치 작동 시 압력이 떨어져야 함). 컴프레서 클러치가 회전하지 않음을 확인. 퓨즈와 릴레이는 정상으로 확인됨.

냉매를 다시 충전한 후 컴프레서로 들어가는 파이프가 에어컨 작동 중에 매우 차가워짐. 파이프가 차가우면 열 손실이 발생하고 컴프레서가 엔진 영역을 통과하는 냉매에서 얻은 열을 추출하기 위해 추가 작업을 해야 한다고 생각함. 파이프를 단열재로 감싸서 에어컨 시스템 효율을 높일 수 있을지 의문.

2001 포드 익스플로러: -7°F 이하에서 시동 불가. 강한 크랭킹에도 불구하고 연동하지 않음. 저온에서 연료펌프 프라이밍 음이 약하거나 없음. 차량이 따뜻해지면 정상 시동 및 펌프음 복구. 연료펌프 고장의 다른 전형적 증상 없음.

오일 교환 후 집에 돌아왔다가 나중에 트럭 아래에서 오일 웅덩이를 발견했습니다. 정비소에 연락했고, 그들은 드레인 플러그에 규격이 맞지 않는 큰 볼트를 끼웠다고 했으며 정확한 규격의 볼트를 재고로 보유하고 있지 않다고 했습니다. 다시 만져서 트럭을 집으로 가져왔습니다. 정비소에 다시 가져가야 하나요? 오일팬에서 기존 플러그를 빼낼 때 뭔가 말해줬어야 하지 않나요? 그리고 오일 누유 수리에 책임이 있나요?

My view is that most manufacturers milk any halo product for all it's worth. That results in such dilution that nothing is special anymore.
