배터리 교환

2004 Ford Taurus SES DOCH 24V에서 ABS 모듈 교체를 위해 배터리 트레이를 제거하려고 함. 배터리 트레이 고정 볼트 4개 중 1개가 작고 상단이 이상한 모양임 (다른 3개는 표준 10mm 볼트로 쉽게 빠짐). 메트릭 및 표준 소켓을 모두 시도했으나 제대로 맞지 않음. 육각형 면이 표준 소켓 형태가 아닌 것 같음. 바이스 그립으로도 풀리지 않음.

D105 트랙터가 겨울 후 오일 교환 및 윤활 작업 후 약 15피트 주행 후 큰 폭발음과 함께 정지. 딜러 진단: 저유량으로 인한 엔진 손상

2004 푸조 206 수동변속기 모델. 고속도로에서 타이어 펑크 후 스페어 휠로 교체함. 교체 중 헤드라이트 점등 상태 유지, 해저드 라이트 점멸, 네비게이션 연결 상태로 배터리 완전 방전. 점프 스타트 후 주행 중 브레이크 페달을 세게 밟으면 엔진이 스톨되는 현상 발생.

배터리 교환

'97 Toyota 4Runner 자동변속기가 배터리 방전으로 인해 파킹(P) 위치에서 움직이지 않음. 차량을 차고에서 밀어내어 점프스타트할 필요가 있음.

Exide Power MF Battery 120A/H를 인버터용으로 구매했는데, 한 달에 한 번 정도만 정전시에 사용합니다. 매일 사용하지 않으면 배터리에 악영향이 있을까요? 배터리가 손상될 수 있나요? AC 충전기로 매일 충전해야 하나요?

배터리를 재설치한 후 바이크가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 연료분사 장치(FI)의 전원 표시등이 켜지지 않음. 시트 아래에서 느슨한 케이블 발견, 배터리 터미널 근처에 연결할 명확한 위치가 없음. (Suzuki Boulevard C50T 기준)

시동 크랭크는 정상이지만 점화 불능. 배터리 충전 후에도 시동 안 걸림. 플러그 교체 후 1주일간 정상 작동했다가 다시 시동 불능. 배터리는 1년 된 신품이고 엔진 크랭크는 잘됨. 간헐적으로 점화 실패 발생.

에어컨 가스 충전

'06 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L L33 (146,000마일). 에어컨이 차갑다가 미온수처럼 변하며 반복적으로 사이클링됨. 저압측을 23-24psi에서 40psi로 냉매 충전함. 컴프레서는 정상적으로 온/오프 사이클링. 저압측 흡입은 차갑고 고압측은 따뜻함.

라디오 스테이션, 볼륨 레벨 등의 설정이 저장되지 않음. 매번 시동을 걸 때마다 초기화되어 처음부터 설정해야 함. 엔진이 꺼지면 헤드유닛에 전원이 공급되지 않는 것으로 추정됨.

간헐적인 주행성 문제가 의심되어 연료 펌프를 점검 중입니다. 연료 레일의 연료 압력을 측정했을 때 정상으로 보입니다: 유휴 상태 약 2.4 bar, 엔진 꺼진 상태 3.1 bar (압력 레귤레이터 3.09 bar). 그러나 압력 테스트만으로는 연료 펌프 문제 진단이 충분하지 않으며, 토출 용량 테스트를 수행해야 한다고 들었습니다 - 일정 시간 동안 펌프가 토출하는 연료 용량을 측정하기 위해 연료 라인을 분리하고 흐름을 용기로 방향을 바꿔야 합니다. 압력이 정상으로 나타나는데 별도의 용량 테스트가 필요한 이유를 이해할 수 없습니다.

자동차의 여러 센서가 플라스틱 클립으로 연결되어 있습니다. 특히 양쪽을 집어서 빼는 방식의 커넥터를 다룹니다. 이론상으로는 간단하지만 실제로는 센서 교체 시기가 되면 플라스틱이 brittile해지고 센서와 커넥터가 접착되어 분리하기 어렵습니다.

배터리 교환

BMW X3 2008에서 배터리 교체 후 4x4 (AWD) 경고등과 에어백 경고등이 켜짐. BMW X3 배터리 교체가 일반 차량과 다른 점이 명확하게 설명되지 않음.

2개월 장기 부재 중 자동차 배터리를 충전 상태로 유지해야 함. Black and Decker 배터리 유지 충전기 사용 검토 중이나, 차량이 개방형 처마 아래 주차되어 있고 Virginia 여름철 폭우 우려 있음.

점프 스타트할 때 배터리를 연결하면 역전류(back current)가 흐르지 않을까? 배터리의 내부 저항이 매우 작으면 역전류가 크지 않을까? 이 방법이 안전한가?

2007 미니 쿠퍼에서 후진 및 전진부에서 연기 발생. 구입 후(8/27/14) 9/9에 처음 발생했으며, 장거리 주행 시 주로 연기 발생. 단거리 주행 시에는 연기 없음. 진공 펌프 및 풀플로우 오일 필터 씰에서 배기관으로 오일이 누유되는 것으로 진단됨.
