증상
2013 닷지 그랜드 캐러밴의 권장 오일 타입(일반유 vs 합성유)과 오일 교환 주기를 확인할 수 없음. 2010 폭스바겐 제타에서는 합성유 사용 시 오일 교환 주기가 연장되었으므로 그랜드 캐러밴도 마찬가지인지 궁금함.
처리 내용
합성유만으로는 오일 교환 주기가 자동으로 연장되지 않습니다. 다만 Mobil 1 Annual Protection 같은 특수 제품을 사용하면 1년 또는 20,000km 마다 교환하도록 허용합니다. Amsoil도 유사한 제품을 제공합니다. 이러한 특수 제품을 제외하고는 제조사 권장 오일 교환 주기를 따라야 합니다. 합성유가 일반유보다 거의 모든 성능 면에서 우수하지만, 그 자체로 오일 교환 주기를 자동으로 늘리지는 않습니다. 정확한 권장사항은 차량 제조사 설명서를 확인하세요.

5년 전에 정비했던 차량인데 당시에 실린더 2번 캠과 리프터가 스핀되어 캠샤프트가 손상되었습니다. 이후 2014년형 캠샤프트를 설치했습니다.
2019 Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi, 100,000km 근처. 리만팩처된 엔진 설치 후(리프터 롤러 실패로 인해 - 이 차량의 흔한 문제, 얇은 오일과 오일링 시스템 설계 결함으로 인한 것으로 추정). 엔진 반환 1일 후 트랜스미션 라인이 분리되어 대량의 트랜스미션 액상유 누출. 클립이 실패했거나 느슨해진 것으로 추정.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.
