2007 Toyota Camry 앞 브레이크 캘리퍼의 블리더 스크루가 심하게 녹슬어 고착되어 있음. 토치를 사용한 가열 방법이 근처의 브레이크 유압호스에 손상을 줄 수 있어 우려됨. WD-40보다 더 효과적인 침투유가 필요함.
처리 내용
브레이크 블리더 스크루를 풀기 위해 침투유(penetrating oil) 사용을 권장함. 토치 가열은 브레이크호스 손상 위험이 있으므로 피할 것. 침투유 성능 비교: 일반 침투유(516 파운드) > WD-40(238 파운드) > PB Blaster(214 파운드) > Liquid Wrench(127 파운드) > Kano Kroil(106 파운드) > ATF-Acetone 혼합액(53 파운드). Liquid Wrench를 선택하여 20분 간격으로 3회 분무 후 블리더 스크루 개방 성공. WD-40보다 PB Blaster나 Liquid Wrench 같은 전문 침투유가 고착된 스크루에 더 효과적임. 시간을 가지고 침투유를 여러 번 적용하는 방식이 열 손상 없이 안전한 방법.
