2011 Ford F-150에서 1년 전부터 지속된 불안정한 핸들링 문제. 고속도로에서는 직진 안정성과 진동이 없으나, 노면의 요철을 지날 때 스티어링 휠이 극도로 가벼워짐. 한 손으로 운전할 때 커브에서 핸들이 너무 가벼워서 의도하지 않게 휠이 내려가는 현상 발생. 양손으로 휠을 잡아야 안정적인 운전 가능. Ford 정식 서비스센터 3회 방문했으나 재현 불가능하다고 진단.

어느 날 갑자기 모든 계기판 게이지가 오른쪽 끝까지 간다. 모든 경고등이 계속 켜져 있다. 계기판의 모든 그라운드와 전원 배선을 제거했다가 다시 장착했다. 배선 손상은 발견되지 않았다. 계기판 그라운드와 전원 배선에 대한 부하 테스트를 했으나 정상이다.
2009 F150 4.6L의 에어컨 컴프레셔가 고착됨. 벨트 사이즈를 확인하려고 하는데 6개의 다른 벨트를 샀는데도 맞지 않음. 벨트 다이어그램 필요.

포드 F-150의 흡기 가스켓(상단/하단)과 밸브 커버 가스켓을 교체한 후 시동이 잘 안 걸리고, 시동 후 밸브에서 노킹음(두드리는 소리)이 발생함. 오일 교체 후에도 노킹음 지속.
