증상

21년된 미니 R53 차량의 후면 하부 부식 문제. 후면 서브프레임 심각한 부식, 배기관 행거 손상(한쪽은 철선으로만 임시 고정), 소량의 오일 누유. 후면 바닥 패널에 언더실 없음, 연료탱크 상단 운전석 쪽에 녹 구멍, 승객석 풋웰 킥 패널이 심하게 부식(스위스 치즈처럼).

처리 내용

후면 바닥 패널을 BMW/미니 정품부품으로 교체하려 했으나 재고 부족 및 입고 예정 없음. 표면 녹을 드릴 와이어 브러시와 그라인더 플랩 디스크로 제거. 시트벨트 앵커 포인트 주변은 건실하고 연료탱크 상단 구멍과 승객석 킥 패널 외에는 대부분 견고함을 확인. 프로젝트 진행 중이며 큰 규모의 금속 절단 수리 필요 예상.
