증상
새 에어컨 증발기를 구입했는데 일부 핀이 구부러져 있습니다. 통관 검사 중에 종이 커터로 패키지가 손상되어 핀이 약간 눌리고 잘린 것으로 보입니다. 반품해야 할까요, 새 것을 받아야 할까요?
처리 내용
반품할 필요가 없습니다. 구부러진 핀은 기류를 조금 제한할 수 있지만 큰 문제는 없습니다. 구멍이 없으면 문제없습니다. 원하면 예리한 나무 막대를 사용하여 핀을 천천히 펴면 됩니다. 연필 굵기의 다우엘을 연필 깎이로 깎아 뾰족한 나무 막대를 만들 수 있습니다. 완벽할 필요는 없으며 금속은 매우 유연하므로 시간을 들여 인내심 있게 최대한 펴면 됩니다.

Glad you're ok, and a warm welcome to the 'Small car vs Mercedes 4x4' club. Membership is now 2 of us . I was in my Smart Fortwo and got rear ended by a Mercedes ML. Hopefully the Twizy is fixable.
