BCM(Body Control Module)가 무엇인가?

Body Control Module은 엔진과 직접 관련되지 않은 자동차의 많은 기능을 제어하는 컴퓨터이다. 자동차 전체에 걸친 대규모 배선 회로 대신 모든 스위치가 하나의 컴퓨터에 연결되어 있으며, 이 컴퓨터가 헤드라이트, 윈도우 개폐, 센트럴 도어락 제어 등을 작동시킨다. 예를 들어 폭스바겐과 아우디의 VAGCOM 시스템이 좋은 사례이다. Body Control Module은 거의 항상 특정 차량에만 맞게 프로그래밍되어 있다. 예를 들어 다른 차량의 BCM은 키나 리모콘을 사용할 때 도어를 열지 못한다. 또한 엔진을 시동할 때 방도용 메커니즘으로 키의 번호와 Engine Control Unit의 번호를 확인한다. ECU도 이 확인을 수행하지만, BCM은 도난범이 차량을 빠져나가지 못하도록 도어를 잠그는 등의 추가 확인을 할 수 있다.

1999 4L60E 트랜스미션(1999 서버번 적용)이 두 번 성공적으로 재구성된 후 TransGo 4L60E-HD2 시프트 킷 설치 이후 리버스와 1단만 작동. 속도계는 정상 작동. 두 시프트 솔레노이드 저항값 25Ω, 9V 배터리로 정상 클릭음 확인. PCM 완전히 분리 시에도 1단에서만 움직임(정상적으로는 두 솔레노이드가 OFF일 때 3단이어야 함).

스즈키 왜건알(2008년형)이 가끔 시동이 걸리지 않습니다. 배터리는 구매 후 한 번도 교체하지 않았고 증류수만 추가했습니다. 엔진을 시동하지 않고 음악 시스템과 헤드라이트는 정상 작동하므로 스타터 문제로 의심하고 있습니다. 특히 헤드램프를 켠 후에 시동이 잘 걸리지 않는 경향이 있습니다.

2011 렉서스 RX350의 AC Flow Sensor에 접근하는 방법을 찾을 수 없음. 후드를 열고 플라스틱 커버를 제거했지만 센서를 찾을 수 없음. 차 아래에서 접근해야 하는지 확인 필요.
