증상
Husqvarna 440E 톱이 불안정하게 작동합니다. 어떤 날은 잘 돌아가다가 다음 날은 시동이 걸리지 않습니다. 때로는 극도로 린(lean) 상태여서 유휴 상태에서 가속되고, 때로는 극도로 리치(rich) 상태여서 배기관에서 휘발유가 흘러나옵니다. 매일 고/저 제트를 30분 이상 조정해야 정상 작동하고 유휴 상태를 유지할 수 있습니다. 다음 날이 되면 다시 완전히 나빠집니다. 카브레터와 배기 시스템을 분해, 초음파 세척, 재조립했으며, 배기 개방으로 상당히 린 상태가 되었습니다.
처리 내용
주요 원인은 연료 누수였습니다. 톱을 손잡이에서 수직으로 매달아 보관할 때, 연료 탱크가 50% 이상 차 있으면 카브레터의 연료 보울 니들을 통해 휘발유가 새어 들어갑니다. 이로 인해 에어 필터가 포화되고 에어박스에 연료가 가득 차서 극도의 리치 상태가 발생합니다. 이후 린 상태로 조정하고 반 탱크를 소비하면, 다음 날 연료 누수가 없을 때는 극도로 린 상태가 됩니다. 단기 해결책: 톱을 수평으로 보관하세요. 장기 해결책: 새 카브레터 또는 최소한 새 연료 보울 다이어프램 니들을 교체하면 누수가 멈춥니다.
