An upgraded exhaust, and a soft top? What's not to like Ben? Nice one!

Thanks Lee! w1ltsu said: So you run a Mazda MX5 and a Fiesta ST - pretty much the best handling and fun cars in their respective classes. Not a bad duo to have, eh?It's a great pair to have, that's for sure. Although with three growing kids I'm not sure how long the Fiesta will last, but I'll do my best to keep hold of it as just like the MX-5, the value for money is incredible.fantheman80 said: pycraft said: The article said: The problem with the MX-5 being so popular is that it s hard to stand out in the crowd. I like my cars to look a little different, so I spent countless hours researching different wheels, and trying to understand how offset works. Did you spend countless hours researching what the popular opinion is about black wheels in these parts? I think red on black wheels looks great in this instance. If I were being a picky id have gone a touch more flush with the arches but it still looks great. Edit changed my mind it looks fine ha.. And that red is up there with Alfas tri coat, sublime. Edited by fantheman80 on Thursday 20th August 07:12 I appreciate black wheels aren't loved on PH, and I can't stand black wheels on black cars, that's for sure. I wasn't brave enough to go for the bronze finish, and actually think these work really well with the factory fitted aero kit.croyde said: I bought a new Homura 2.0 a couple of months ago and loving it. Now wonder why the MX5 had never been on my radar before My only gripe is that it sits a bit too tall above it's wheels, making the stance look odd. I have no problem with it's handling. But it does mean that it clears speed bumps and the kerbs as we park nose in, in my road. My Alpine had the underneath of its front bumper chin scraped a few times. You can buy genuine Mazda lowering springs, although I think they might be made by Eibach anyway. With the Eibachs, you can get springs that either lower it by 30mm or 40mm

I wonder what the future holds, the next generation one surely wonโt be NA, under 1000kg and starting at under ยฃ30k. Seems a total bargain currently!

Wouldn t feel too secure parking in a city.Good photos of the scenery - 911 going through a puddle! I had look back at the photos to see what you meant, Iโd seen the pic but not noticed the puddle, I was far to interested in the Morgan peeping around behind the 911. A lovely looking thing, it would be my choice and Iโve always been a 911 fan.

It was fitted this week and overall sounds good but something isn't quite right and reading up tonight, hopefully, some adjustments will improve the situation! It certainly looks good! These "bypass" pipes (assuming they're not Helmholtz resonators) look like a Gundo hack type arrangement to increase noise levels. The whole system looks somewhat poorly conceived, overly complex in its Mk2 guise, and poorly executed, to th
