증상
LPG 대체 연료 차량에서 온도센서 없는 OMVL REG 인젝터 사용 중 약 60,000km 주행 후 엔진 경고등 점등, LPG 캘리브레이션 조정 불가능. 구 인젝터 분해 시 3번 인젝터는 미사용 상태였으며, 가동부(스프링과 고무)가 손상되어 있고 모든 러버 부품의 두께가 동일하게 변형된 상태 관찰.
처리 내용
스프링의 탄성이 소실되어 인젝터 밸브가 충분히 빠르게 복귀하지 못하면서 과도한 연료가 실린더로 유입되고, 엔진이 혼합기 문제를 감지하여 보정을 시도해도 정상화되지 않는 상태입니다. 추가로 마모되는 부품은 스프링과 외부 실린더 사이의 매우 작은 O-링으로, 정상 작동 시 밸브가 외부 실린더와 충돌하는 것을 방지합니다. 고무가 경화되면서 밸브가 실린더에 부딪혀 '딸그거리는' 소음이 발생하며, 이것도 혼합기 문제를 유발할 수 있습니다. 새로운 LPG 인젝터로 교체한 조치가 올바른 해결책입니다.
