증상
2행정과 4행정 엔진에서 Sea Foam과 Sta-Bil을 동시에 사용해야 하는지, 아니면 두 제품의 특성을 모두 활용하는 것이 유리한지 궁금함. 두 제품 모두 엔진 내부 부품 세척을 주장함.
처리 내용
Sta-Bil과 Seafoam은 서로 다른 목적으로 만들어졌지만 약간의 중복이 있습니다. 차량을 정기적으로 운전하거나 사용 중이라면 Sta-Bil을 반드시 사용할 필요는 없습니다. Sta-Bil의 목적은 연료의 수분 오염을 방지하는 것입니다. 수분이 연료의 주요 적입니다. 정기적으로 연료를 소비하면 수분을 흡수할 시간이 없으므로 연료를 오염시키지 않습니다. Sta-Bil이 엔진에 문제를 일으킨다는 말은 들어본 적이 없습니다. Seafoam의 목적은 인젝터를 포함한 엔진의 흡기 경로를 세척하는 것입니다. Sta-Bil이 약간의 엔진 세척을 하듯이 약간의 연료 안정화를 합니다. 두 제품을 동시에 사용할 필요는 없지만, 그렇게 해도 아무 해가 없습니다. 저는 발전기 및 기타 소형 전동 공구의 가솔린에 정기적으로 Sta-Bil을 사용합니다. 최소 2년 동안 연료를 좋은 상태로 유지합니다. 엔진을 세척할 필요가 있을 때만 Seafoam을 사용합니다.
