Seems like I need to replace the struts and shocks on my 2013 528i xDrive. The shop quoted me a rather large sum for parts and labor, which led me to wonder if I can do this as a DIY project. I have some questions about it that I’m hoping someone on here can answer: When I search for replacement parts and specify my exact vehicle, I don’t seem to get many or any results, depending on the site. But when I drop the xDrive specification and search for just “2013 528i” struts and shocks I get what appears to be a few decent choices. Do both these cars in fact use the same type of shocks and struts

I HAVE A 2018 TOYOTA CAMRY AND ON MY FIRST WEEK AFTER BUYING IT, I NOTICED THAT THERE'S A MAJOR ACCELERATION DELAY THAT I COULDN'T BEAR ANYMORE. I PURCHASED A TOYOTA CAMRY ON 2/17/20. TWO WEEKS LATER THE SRS AIRBAG MALFUNCTION LIGHT STARTED TO ILLUMINATE AND THE REAR SEATBELT ALARM CONTINOUSLY SOUND OFF ALERTING ME TO FASTEN SEATBELTS WHEN NO ONE WAS SITTING BACK THERE. I HAD BEEN DRIVING MY CAR ON THE TURNPIKE FOR ABOUT 3.5 S WHEN SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT OF THE AREA AGAINST THE WINDSHIELD WHERE THE REAR VIEW MIRROR IS ATTACHED INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. A FIRE THEN SPONTANEOUSLY STARTED. I PULLED OVER AND PUT OUT THE FIRE BY THROWING WATER ONTO THE AREA FROM A BOTTLE OF WATER I HAD IN MY CAR CAUSING MY WINDSHIELD TO CRACK.
