증상
2007 Toyota Auris 1.4 D4D 수동변속기에서 주행 중 4속에서 3속으로 다운시프트가 불가능. 벽에 부딪히는 느낌으로 완전히 잠김. 갈리는 음이나 소음 없음. 다른 기어들(1속→5속, 리버스 등)은 정상 작동. 정차 상태에서는 3속 선택 가능. 5일간 눈/영하 환경에 방치 후 갑자기 발생. 사전 증상 없음.
처리 내용
변속기 링크/케이블 조립부가 이물질(얼음, 잔해 등)을 수집했을 가능성. 또는 시프터 부싱이 완전히 마모되었거나 탈거되었을 수 있음. 정비사가 엔진룸을 열어 트랜스미션 링크/케이블을 확인하고, 차량을 리프트에 올려 시프터 어셈블리(변속레버 부분)를 점검해야 함.
