증상
골프카트의 6개 직렬 8V 배터리 중 한 개 배터리의 양극 단자가 녹아내림. 지난 2년간 4개 배터리 교체 필요
처리 내용
녹아내림 = 열 발생. 전기 회로의 열은 저항에 의해 발생함. 이 경우 과도한 저항이 원인. 배터리 교체 시 단자와 커넥터 내부를 청소하는 과정에서 케이블이 단자에 연결되는 부분을 확인해야 함. 케이블 끝이 압착(swedge)된 경우 전체 케이블을 교체하거나 의심 부위를 절단하고 새 압착 커넥터를 설치해야 함. 클램프식 커넥터인 경우에도 끝부분을 절단하고 새 커넥터를 추가하는 것이 좋음. 케이블 끝의 부식을 검사하고 케이블 내부 깊숙이 진행된 부식이 있는지 확인. 새 케이블로 교체하면 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있음. 전도체를 통해 전기를 전송할 때 도체의 저항은 바람직하지 않으며, 저항으로 인해 전기 에너지의 일부가 열로 변환되어 손실 발생.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure

Well the AMG went and the Shark 6 has arrived. It was a better choice for me to be honest, with wanting to go into the dunes (see later on in the post how that went, rookie error) and for putting the kids bikes in etc etc - The long warranty and at the price they are it was a no brainer.
