증상
주말에만 운전하고 대부분 차고에 보관. 가스 스테이션에서 타이어 공기압 체크(집에서 약 1km 거리). 몇 달 된 새 타이어에 문제 발생. 낮은 공기압 상태에서 운전하는 것이 타이어에 영향을 미치는지 의심. 가스 스테이션 왕복 운전 시 평균 시속 20-40km.
처리 내용
가스 스테이션 가기 전의 짧은 운전 거리는 타이어 자체에 문제를 일으키지 않습니다. 낮은 공기압으로 운전할 때 주된 문제는 고무의 열 축적이지만, 당신의 경우 공기압이 그리 낮지 않고 운전 거리도 충분하지 않아 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 천천히 새는 공기 누수(슬로우 리크)가 있는 것으로 보입니다. 타이어 구멍을 제외하면 누수 위치는 두 곳입니다. 첫째, 밸브 스템입니다. 타이어 교체 시 밸브 스템을 함께 교체하지 않았다면(TPMS 제외) 정비소에서 제대로 된 서비스를 하지 않은 것입니다. 새 타이어마다 새 밸브 스템을 장착해야 타이어 수명 동안 문제가 없습니다. 밸브 코어(슈뢰더 부분)나 림과의 밀봉 부위에서 누수될 수 있습니다. TPMS 밸브 스템도 문제가 있을 수 있지만 일반 밸브 스템보다 견고합니다.

My beloved Caterham supersport departed this morning, after 18 months a few trackdays and two Alps trips. It was amazing and I will probably miss it slightly for the roads on my doorstep but.... re. the refrigerant - If you take the car to Quik-Fit they will empty the system for free (probably best to ring first to check but I've done it on a few cars..). This is actually a requirement if you work on the AC system of a car as the gas is pretty nasty for you and the environment.Once that's done it's pretty simple, just nuts n bolts but do fit a replacement drier though if you're opening the system up.
