증상

차량 세척 중 물이 들어간 후 시동을 끄고 키를 빼도 ECU가 계속 부팅과 셧다운을 반복. 히터, 라이트, 인디케이터, 도어락이 계속 켜졌다 꺼졌다를 반복. 배터리를 분리했다가 다음날 다시 연결해도 같은 증상 발생. 엔진 구동 중에만 스캔 가능했으며 여러 모듈에서 'failed to communicate' 에러 발생. 엔진 자체는 정상 작동하고 결함 코드 없음.

처리 내용

CAN 버스에 연결된 모듈에서 점화 전원(ign +ve)이 전원(+ve)으로 쇼트되어 깨우기 신호를 계속 전송하는 것으로 파악. 방화벽 아래 스커틀에 장착된 트랜스퍼 케이스 컨트롤 모듈(transfer case control module) 확인 결과 물과 산화동이 내부에 가득 있었음. 모듈을 열어 모든 내부 부품을 깨끗이 청소하고 건조시킨 후 문제 해결.
