증상
마쓰다 MX-5 NB(2세대) AC 컴프레서 교체 후 이상 증상 발생. 초기 2-3분은 정상 작동하다가 이후 10-15초 간격으로 반복적으로 작동/정지됨. 50% 듀티 사이클로 작동하는 양상. 분사되는 바람은 차갑고 냉각은 정상적으로 되며, 작동/정지 시마다 릴레이 클릭음 발생.
처리 내용
AC 냉매(프레온) 충전량 부족 또는 과다가 원인일 가능성 90%. 유사한 증상은 AC 냉매 과다 충전 시 발생하며, 햇빛이 강한 날씨에 컴프레서가 1분 간격으로 작동/정지하는 현상이 나타남. AC 충전 호스와 게이지(비교적 저렴)를 구하여 냉매 압력을 확인하는 것을 권장.

re. the refrigerant - If you take the car to Quik-Fit they will empty the system for free (probably best to ring first to check but I've done it on a few cars..). This is actually a requirement if you work on the AC system of a car as the gas is pretty nasty for you and the environment.Once that's done it's pretty simple, just nuts n bolts but do fit a replacement drier though if you're opening the system up.
