정비 사례

I know this is a pointless rant but I am beginning to feel as though I am the only sane person to drive on the roads in Oxfordshire and wanted to see if I was alone in this observation.In the good old days (I'm 39) most people would drive at a sensible speed. Every now and again you would meet a little old lady driving at 40mph but in general that was the exception rather than the norm. 냉각수 교환

냉랭한 날씨 이후 냉각수 저수지에서 냉각수 전부 소진. 냉각수 충전 후 변속기 이상 증상 발생 - 기어가 너무 빠르게 전환되고, 속도계가 실제 속도(30-40mph)보다 높게 표시(70-80mph). RPM은 2000으로 유지되며 가속 시에만 상승. 마지막 기어에서만 느린 속도 유지 가능.

신호등에서 대기 중 뉴트럴 상태에서 엔진 회전수가 약 1000 RPM으로 유지되다가 주기적으로(분당 약 3회) 500 RPM으로 떨어졌다가 1200 RPM까지 올라갔다가 다시 천천히 1000 RPM으로 내려감. 이 현상이 1~2초 정도 지속됨.

AC 콘솔의 디스플레이와 노브가 작동하지 않음. 처음에는 시동 후 AC가 작동했으나, 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결한 후 AC가 켜지지 않고 AC 제어 노브가 모두 작동하지 않음.

머플러 교환

새 배기관 설치 후 (프론트 휠 영역에서 뒤쪽까지 연결) 실내 통풍구에서 배기 가스 냄새가 나고 있음. 뒤쪽 행잉 볼트가 차체에 충돌하면서 배기음이 간헐적으로 발생. 배기관 불량 장착으로 인한 배기 가스 누출 의심.

1.3L 스코다 펠리시아(캐브레터 엔진, 촉매변환기 없음)에서 지난 1-2개월간 배기음이 변함. 처음에는 혀로 입술 사이에서 내는 음성 같은 '찍찍' 거리는 소리(윙윙거리는 듯)였고, 최근 며칠간 더욱 심해져 트랙터 같은 저음의 윙윙거리는 소리로 변함. 1500-1800rpm 이상, 스로틀 20% 이상 열 때 시작되며, 부드럽게 운전할 때는 거의 들리지 않음. 배기계통은 3부분으로 구성됨.

Toyota 소유자 설명서의 타이어 회전 패턴 다이어그램 참고. 무방향 타이어의 경우, 이 패턴으로 타이어를 교체할 때의 의미는 무엇인가? 특히 앞 타이어를 뒤쪽으로 옮길 때 차량의 같은 쪽에 유지하도록 권장하는 이유는 무엇인가?

중고 제너레이터(Briggs and Stratton 17hp Vanguard 엔진)를 구입했는데 몇 년간 방치되어 있었음. 휘발유와 오일을 교체하고 연료 클리너와 안정제를 추가한 후 10분간 정상 작동했음. 엔진을 끈 후 오일을 교체하고 카뷰레터 클리너를 사용하려던 중 문제 발생.

핫로딩 분야에서 애프터마켓 캠샤프트 설치 시 '캠 디그리(cam degreeing)' 용어가 자주 사용된다. 이 용어의 의미가 무엇인지, 어떤 효과가 있는지, 왜 수행해야 하는지, 그리고 수행하기 위해 어떤 절차와 공구를 사용하는지 알고 싶다.

2002 토요타 캠리, 배터리가 약 1주일 방치 시 천천히 방전됨. 배터리 분리 스위치 설치로 임시 해결. 왜 단락이 있으면 빠르게 방전되지 않고 천천히 방전되는지 의문.

BMW E46 3-Series M3(S54B32)와 330(M54B30) 엔진 비교 시 같은 NA 인라인 식스 실린더이고 VANOS를 모두 사용하는데도 출력 차이가 큼 (M54: ~230HP vs S54: ~340HP). 배기량 차이(3.0L vs 3.2L)로는 설명할 수 없는 큰 성능 차이의 원인이 무엇인지 궁금함.
