On my VW Passat B5 tires, there is a marking that reads "195/65R15 91 V". What does this mean? Do I have to get replacement tires with this exact marking on the side of the tire in the future or not? And if not, how can it differ? EDIT Not a duplicate as the other question is incomplete as it just tells the size, this covers the other markings too and gives more in depth, complete answers.

Are there any mechanical / safety issues arise when you do not put trims on car tires? Even when using the car in winter temperatures? (Say -15C to -20C)

TMPS light -not the horse shoe symbol- came on several times, even when tires were 35-37 not low . I was due for new tires, so I got new ones. The sensors & air pressure checked out fine each time I had it checked at America’s tire. I see the Hyundai - Technical Service Bulletin 08-SS-010 - TPMS (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM) SENSOR MODE SETTING link but link does not work. Any advice if it is a known problem?

I'm installing an oil cooler on to a MK1 MX-5, that is used for Trackdays and weekly road use. I'm planning to install it where the AC condenser used to live, using two horizontal aluminium square tubes where the oil cooler will be bolted on. Do I need to seal it's back against the radiator or leaving it free will have better performance? It would be sitting a bit on the side to shield it a bit from direct hit of potential debris. I know that if one piston is completley removed from the caliper, you won’t be able to use air to remove the other pistons, becuase the air will escape through the bore that had the piston that was removed. My son is replacing his fuel line on his 2006 Nissan Sentra Spec-V. All the information I can find indicates it is a 5/16” fuel line. The QD fittings in the fuel rail and firewall are disconnected with the 5/16 tool. He would like to use new QD fittings but I can’t find any information on them. The OEM do not appear to be available anymore. I have gone to the major auroparts stores, they are lost because their computer does not give them any information. Same with their web sites. 2020 Honda Accord, 120k miles on it. I hear a scrape and pop sound when going over bumps and a metal scrape when turning. Sound appeared to be mainly coming from the front and back on both sides. Dealer had said it was front struts, bearing within the mounts, and also listed an line item for “sway bar link kit (front) - Replace ADD SWAY BAR BUSHING” for ~$600. The sway bar bushing is molded to the sway bar, so you can’t replace just the sway bar bushings. Replacing the sway bar on this car requires lowering the front subframe. I'm working on a 98 Honda Civic. I'm attempting to replace the inner seals. These are the seals which the steering rod rides on and which keeps the power steering fluid in check at that point. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about: What you see looking at you is the end of the R&P unit with the outer tie rod end and coupler (is that what it's called??) pulled off. The black portion of the is the seal. It is recessed into the end of the unit a bit over an inch. My question is: How do you remove the seal without damaging the rod or the housing? Car wouldn’t start .it says low braking power

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. It ran and drove great until a couple months ago then the signal wire on the starter shorted out, when the signal wire shorted out it burnt up the starter and since then it’s just been sitting.I have a new starter on it and I’ve wired everything directly up to the battery , so it doesn’t turn over with the key, the problem is that the new starter turned the motor over one time and now all it does is spin and won’t engage. 2012 Jeep Compav compass I noticed a persistent squealing coming from thr front end of my car (I think the front left). It happens when I have my foot on the accelerator and over 40-45 mph. It stops when I let my foot off the gas, and only occurs under load. This alone would take me to the engine, but it responds to me turning the wheel. It gets louder when turning right and quieter when left. It also stops when I let off gas. My original thought was brakes, but I wanted to see if the community had an idea. Thanks!
