We've had twins, to go with our 4 year old, and for various reasons have had to sell my beloved Discovery 4 (which would have otherwise been the perfect family car). We are also selling my wife's C class (too small) . We have, in their place, bought a 2013 VW Touran. None of my older cars starting from 1977 to around 2005 had a cup holder , only thing I had was stick a bottle or can between my legs and hope I didn't spill it

I’m driving an older vehicle today & was totally bewildered not to find a cup holder for my coffee.(I did find one eventually but there is only one in reach of the driver)It reminded me of a time (I think the 90’s) when top gear et al included number of cup holders in their reviews (possibly even in printed stats in the back of magazines if you recall them?). I was convinced at the time this was a piss take, I wanted to here 0-60 times not how many cup holders a vehicle hadI grew up in an era when the only thing consumed in a car were travel sweets - maybe occasionally an opal fruit. Had an earlier non-R-Design / satnav version. It was a great car and great engine in it, small for a Volvo estate, so no room for family + dogs + luggage - one of those 3 things had to stay at home.But all you'd expect from Volvo in terms of quality build, a nice design (for the time), and really quite a lot of power (for the time) in what was a physically small estate. Would I pay £12k for it now? Not a chance

An oil drain valve is a device that replaces your regular drain bolt and makes an oil change a much cleaner job. This one is in Llandrindod Wells. I had to stop the car and walk back.When I searched on "Pritchard & Sons Llandrindod Wells" they are now Funeral Directors.
