PS Hats off to you for doing all that bodywork preparation on your Cortina....and IMO white is good for the underside of the car, it looks so much better than the ubiquitous black.It makes the car much easier to work on as any oil leaks ( hopefully none ) can be seen, and it's much easier to illuminate when the car is on axle stands in a home garage ( ask me how I know that !!)Keep the updates flowing, it is a great project and bring back memories of my Elan.....( hence the post above !!)

We are trying to make a "efficycle" with a tadpole design. How should we select all the basic parameters for it like camber, caster, roll center etc.? Is there a range of values for a specific design or sizes? or do we first make a virtual model and adjust all the parameters one by one after each simulation (I understand that it's a stupid idea to do that but that's the only one in my mind currently )

캠퍼밴 배기 매니폴드에서 배기 누수가 발생하고 있습니다. 정비소에서 매니폴드 누수를 수리하려고 했으나 더 악화되었습니다. 매니폴드를 직접 다듬을 도구가 없어서 매니폴드 온도를 견딜 수 있는 퍼티를 사용할 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 내열 퍼티를 사용해봤지만 처음 20분만 잘 작동했다가 온도를 견디지 못해 실패했습니다.

유성 쿨러 교체 작업(로어 인테이크 분해/조립 포함) 후 약 600마일 주행 중 차량이 불안정하게 작동하고 플러딩으로 인해 시동 불능 상태 발생. 단기 연료 트림이 +33% 수준...

Owned this now for just over a year and use it as my work commuter. I only commute 3 miles each way so it is perfect for avoiding ruining a decent car with a short commute.The cargo version is surprisingly practical with the large lockable boot. I have windows for it, but just wear a coat over winter. Its been great with the warm weather the last few months. I have also fitted a Twizy Powerbox so it now shifts reasonably well and does over 60mph.It is hilarious to drive and, even after a year, still gets wierd looks from other road users.Only really downside is other drivers cut you up, pull

Hi,I've been lurking on here for some time and though I should actually post something, this is my long term project that I have owned since I was 19 back in 2005. The reason for buying the Cortina was that the Triumph Herald my dad purchased via a radio auction (seriously!) was less than deserving of the MOT it had been supplied with! The Cortina was used daily till the engine went into Cadillac arrest after losing oil pressure on a spirited country drive, this was just before I departed for university so the Cortina stayed in my parents garage with the intention of fixing the engine and
