I was reminded by the wedges thread about this MG EX-E concept from the 80’s which I still think looks fantastic, but never made production (obviously). Anyone have any other favourite concepts that never saw production?

냉간 상태에서 엔진 리크다운 테스트를 수행할 때 온간 상태와 비교하여 결과값이 어떻게 달라지는지 확인 필요. 냉간 테스트 결과가 완전히 무효인지, 아니면 2~3배 높게 나오는지 불명확함.

1995 셰보레 S-10 블레이저 - 4.3L 보르텍 V6 (VIN W, PCM 장착) - 23만 마일, 초기 소유자 차량. OBD-I (또는 1.5) GM 과도기 모델로 OBD-II 스타일 커넥터 장착. 최근 배전기 조립품 교체 및 점화 시간 조정 후 성능 개선. 과거에는 가끔씩 발생하던 런-온(디젤링) 현상이 지난 며칠간 계속 발생 중. 고속 주행 후에만 발생하던 현상에서 항상 발생하는 상태로 악화됨.

냉각수 교환

2005 닛산 UD 245 시리즈 트럭 구입 후 라디에이터 캡을 열었을 때 냉각수에 상당량의 오일이 섞여 있음. 라디에이터를 플러시하고 새 냉각수를 채워 20분간 운행했으나 다시 많은 양의 오일이 라디에이터에 들어옴. 연기나 물이 엔진에 들어간 징후는 없음.

체크 엔진 경고등이 오래 켜져 있음. 차는 정상 작동하고 성능도 좋음. 교체 부품: 산소센서 4개 (하나는 고장코드 났음, 2회 교체), PCM (2회 재프로그래밍 후 3회 교체 - 신호 대기 중 차가 흔들림), 촉매변환기 2개, 플로우 밸브

2006 Chevy HHR - 로우빔 헤드라이트 양쪽 모두 꺼짐. 하이빔은 정상 작동 중

2014 Dodge Dart SXT (113,000마일)가 갑자기 시동이 안 걸림. 체크 엔진 라이트나 결함 코드 없음. 배터리는 3개월 전 교체함. 정비소에서 배터리와 알터네이터 테스트 결과 정상. 목요일에 픽업 후 3일간 정상 작동 및 시동. 일요일 저녁 시동 후 끔, 다시 시동 시도 시 반응 없음 - 실내등, 계기판 조명 모두 꺼짐.

주방용 베이킹 온도계와 유사한 온도계를 유튜브에서 본 정비사가 사용하는 것을 봤습니다. 에어벤트 온도를 측정하기 위해 주방용 베이킹 온도계를 사용할 수 있을까요? 아니면 전문 자동차 온도계를 구입해야 하나요?

신호등에서 정차 시 자동변속기를 D 레인지에 두면 토크 컨버터의 입력축이 회전하면서 불필요한 슬립으로 인한 동력 손실이 발생하고, 이로 인해 연비 악화와 토크 컨버터 수명 단축이 우려된다.

1994 혼다 콩코드 1.5L 가솔린(연료 분사식) - 냉시동 후 가속 문제 없음. 엔진 워밍업 후 급가속 시 스터터링 발생. 2500-3000 RPM 도달 시 갑자기 멈춤. 정차 상태에서는 발생 안 함. 천천히 가속 시 발생 안 함. 시간이 지날수록 악화. 언덕 등판 어려움. 스터터링은 균일함. 모든 속도에서 발생.

며칠 전 딜러에서 오일 누유를 보고했지만 기계식 테스트는 통과했음. 80분 운전 후 오일 레벨이 반 이하였고(충분한 양), 며칠 후 아침에 오일 경고등이 켜짐. 15분 후 오일 레벨을 확인하니 최소 레벨이었음. 오일 레벨이 이렇게 빠르게 내려가면 안 됨.

Edit: As suggested by Rory Alsop in the comments, I believe this question is not a duplicate of: Performance Exhaust -- what, how, why? & Exhaust Backpressure and Its Impact on LTFT Values I read these questions prior to asking mine, they don't seem to be talking about super chargers specifically. They do mention that performance gains are limited when considering a new exhaust but I'm specifically asking about a scenario with FI and a stock exhaust. For example, swapping out a 2" exhaust to a 3" exhaust isn't going to give you much of a HP increase, but will adding 12 psi of boost on a 2"

97 Mazda 626 GF(유럽형)의 연료 압력 테스트 결과 해석 문제. 유휴 압력 테스트(30-36 psi)와 연료 압력 레귤레이터 테스트(FPR 진공 분리 시 37-45 psi)는 정상이나, 엔진 꺼진 상태에서 연료 펌프 수동 작동 시 최대 압력 테스트(64-92 psi) 결과 해석 필요.

So for the last 3 years I've had my first electric car, its fast 0 to 60 in 3.7 and I'm conscious driving it has changed my driving style/behaviours , for example on one hand it makes me feel safer having the extra power, eg joining onto a motorway , pulling away from roundabouts . However is also makes me more frustrated at slower drivers and more likely to overtake , take a car doing 25 in a 30 for example.As I know I can overtake fairly easy , I'm begining to wonder if driving cars like this can make you a worse driver. Without sounding aggressive a lot of the cars tailgating on the motor w

That's a really nice shed. I've always liked the look of the E46 (some of us think that's the last of the elegant BMWs).A check of MoT history doesn't seem to flag up anything to be overly concerned about either. Although you have to wonder why it has bare been driven in recent years
