96 쉐보레 G10 밴, 5.0 엔진. 배기 누수 의심. 우측 배기 플랜지 주변의 작은 누수 보고되었으나 수리 불가. 이전부터 지속되는 드라이빙 문제 발생. 고속도로에서 떨림 현상 발생.
처리 내용
배기 누수는 O2 센서 읽기 오류를 유발할 수 있음. 업스트림 O2 센서(첫 번째)가 잘못된 판독으로 A/F 혼합비를 부정확하게 조정. 다운스트림 O2 센서(두 번째) 전 누수는 CEL을 발생시킬 수 있음. 첫 번째 센서 이전 누수는 A/F 혼합비 조정에 영향. 고속도로 떨림은 관련 없음 - 타이어 밸런스, 피트만 암, 아이들러 암, 타이로드, 볼 조인트 점검. 청진기를 사용하여 배기 파이프와 조인트 전체를 검사. 공기 이동음과 배기음 청취. 누수 위치 근처에서 음성이 훨씬 커짐. 검은색 그을음 자국 확인. 누수 위치에서 배기가 분사되는 느낌 감지 가능.
