I mean, its done a lot of miles, and needs some cosmetic work and a damned good clean, but it was £20k for a car with a lightly tuned Honda VTEC, upgraded brakes, suspension, gearbox, sump and all the other things that people have been doing for years. That's OK as it will hopefully still be a relatively cheap way of going contemporary Porsche GT3 fast (it has 322 bhp per tonne) in a tiny, great handling package in British roads. Unless it blows up.Alternatively, a friend had Maidstone Sports Cars (who built our car) build him one, on a Series 2. 280bhp NA engine on ITBs and advanced, mappable ECU, LSD, Ohlins and every useful mod they could throw at it. It is the best driving road car (for our roads) that I have ever tried. It cost under £90k. Big money for an Elise, but a fraction of the Analogue car.I am very glad that this Analogue car exists, and it looks stunning. But people have done a lot with the Elise already, to very high standards. Singer arguably started a market that didn't exist for the 911 - this isnt true for the Elise.Anyway, have some pics of the new toy. It's jolly, rather than mean, like the Analogue car, but should bring smiles.
