증상
2002 르노 클리오의 배터리 교체 중 배터리 고정 볼트의 헤드가 부러짐. 새 배터리를 안전하게 고정할 수 없는 상태.
처리 내용
부러진 볼트를 제거하는 가장 확실한 방법은 볼트 끝에 너트를 용접하는 것입니다. 이 방법의 장점은 두 가지입니다. 첫째, 너트가 볼트에 용접되면 원래 볼트 헤드처럼 회전시킬 수 있는 것을 얻게 됩니다. 둘째, 용접 과정에서 남은 볼트가 크게 팽창하여 볼트와 홀 사이의 결합력이 약해집니다. 용접 후 약간 식힌 후에는 볼트가 쉽게 풀릴 것입니다. 홀이 알루미늄으로 보이는데, 알루미늄인 경우 이 방법이 특히 효과적입니다.

스포츠 모드에서 엔진을 꺼버렸습니다. 드라이브 상태에서 수동 변속이 필요한 상황입니다. 자동 모드로 돌아갈 수 없고 파크 위치로도 이동할 수 없습니다. 시프트 락 릴리스를 시도했지만 수동에서 자동으로 전환되지 않습니다. 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결해도 작동하지 않습니다.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
