증상
캠퍼밴 배기 매니폴드에서 배기 누수가 발생하고 있습니다. 정비소에서 매니폴드 누수를 수리하려고 했으나 더 악화되었습니다. 매니폴드를 직접 다듬을 도구가 없어서 매니폴드 온도를 견딜 수 있는 퍼티를 사용할 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 내열 퍼티를 사용해봤지만 처음 20분만 잘 작동했다가 온도를 견디지 못해 실패했습니다.
처리 내용
배기 매니폴드 누수는 배기가스가 승객실로 유입될 수 있으므로 심각한 문제입니다. 퍼티로 일시적으로 막는 것으로는 누수를 완전히 해결할 수 없습니다. 운이 좋으면 새로운 개스킷만 교체하면 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 매니폴드가 균열이 생겼으므로 용접(주철이므로 전문 용접사가 필요함) 또는 교체(폐차장에서 구입)가 필요합니다. 매니폴드를 고정하는 볼트는 녹이 슬기 쉬운 것으로 유명합니다. 산소 토치가 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 새로운 너트를 조립하기 전에 Anti-seize 코팅을 하시기 바랍니다.
