브레이크 페달을 약 5-10mm 정도 밟아야 브레이크 등이 점등됨
처리 내용
페달 위쪽에 2개의 와이어가 연결된 버튼(브레이크 스위치)이 있어야 합니다. 페달이 올라가 있을 때 버튼이 완전히 눌려있고, 페달을 밟으면서 버튼이 해제됩니다. 어느 시점에서 이 버튼이 브레이크 등을 켭니다. 많은 차량의 스위치는 조절 가능합니다. 이 경우 뒤쪽 와이어를 제거하고 올바른 위치로 회전시킵니다. 스위치를 페달에서 더 멀리 배치하면 등이 더 일찍 점등됩니다. 거울을 사용하거나 동료에게 확인하도록 하여 페달을 밟지 않을 때 등이 계속 켜져 있지 않은지 확인하세요. 스위치가 조절 불가능한 경우 3가지 옵션이 있습니다. 새 스위치로 교체하여 개선되는지 확인합니다. 스위치를 개조합니다. 이는 2가지 방법으로 가능합니다 - 버튼 헤드 상단을 깎아서 플런저를 더 돌출시키거나, 스위치를 열어서 접점을 청소/이동/교체합니다. 세 번째 옵션은 페달 또는 마운팅을 개조하는 것입니다. 페달의 탭을 구부릴 수 있을 것입니다.
