증상
혼다 재즈 프론트 우측이 1인치 정도 내려앉음. 스티어링 휠을 좌우로 완전히 꺾을 때 심한 소음 3번 발생. 휠 아치 아래를 보니 프론트 좌측 코일 스프링 유닛은 정상적으로 회전하지만, 우측은 스티어링 휠을 많이 꺾을 때까지 정지했다가 갑자기 걸리는 소리와 함께 움직임. 외관상 파손은 보이지 않음.
처리 내용
부식으로 인해 서스펜션 스프링을 고정하는 캡이 회전하지 못함(오래전부터). 스티어링이 스프링을 비틀어서 결국 상부에서 파단됨. 스티어링 조작 시 느슨한 스프링 끝이 나머지 스프링에 걸려서 소음 발생. 프론트 우측 코일 스프링 및 마운트 교체 필요.
