증상
엔진이 실행 중일 때 오일 캡을 제거하고 오일 필 홀에서 나오는 공기(블로우바이)의 양을 확인. 2020년식 코롤라에서 이전에 확인한 2000~2010년식 차량들보다 훨씬 강한 바람이 나옴. 렌탈카이므로 관리가 잘 안 되었을 가능성이 있지만, 저 마일리지의 코롤라가 이렇게 빠르게 엔진이 망가질 수 있는지 의문.
처리 내용
블로우바이 테스트는 단순 지표일 뿐이며, 모든 차량에서 어느 정도의 블로우바이가 발생합니다. 낮은 마일리지의 신차는 엔진이 완전히 길들여지지 않아 더 많은 블로우바이가 발생할 수 있습니다. 설계상의 이유일 수도 있고 차량 수명 동안 계속될 수도 있으며, 엔진이 실제로 손상되었을 가능성도 있습니다. 한 가지 주관적인 테스트에만 의존하지 마세요. 엔진 손상 여부를 판단하려면 오일 소비량, 누설 테스트, 압축 테스트(웨트/드라이), 오일 압력 등 다른 방법들을 함께 확인하세요.

Whilst scrolling through Facebook market place (please don't judge me!) I discovered this Riley 1.5, a car I know very little about and thought it had a charm about it that I liked.
