Nice story - I hope you left the dealer a great review!Red generally seems a bit of a nightmare on older cars - the lacquer just suddenly peeled off a Merc I had when it was 14yrs old and wife has Peugeot where the paint faded terribly from about 5 yrs old.

I’m on the brink. We live in the lakes now and this would tick the do-it-all machine. Tbf, so would a 2023/4 FFRR PHEV which are £60k less and now come with a 2yr LR used warranty ! But the Octa is more fun and a much more serious road SUV for a laugh. I’m also having the - get a Nomad plus a FFRR for the same money thought….

I've found myself in the fortunate circumstances recently to be able to justify an extra driveway slot filler. Filling this final driveway slot would be a hindrance, in that it would make it harder to park, harder to load a 3 year old into the back of whichever car we wanted to use, make washing any of the cars very difficult without relocating something to the street temporarily... but it would fit a much needed requirement.I've never owned a car with more than four cylinders, or with more than 2.0 litres of capacity.I've been fantasising about what vehicle could help me fix this for years, a
